My husband and I just stayed here over the weekend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was. We were greeted by Carol and given a tour. The house was beautiful and smelled amazing (something delicious she was whipping up in the kitchen). The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the fields behind the house. I loved all of the little details. The next morning we were greeted with the most delicious breakfast and coffee before we started our trek home. We hope one day to return for even longer.

Wife and I found this B&B to stay at for a short weekend visit on the Bourbon Trail. Rich and Carol have a beautiful place. Our breakfast was delicious with items like bacon, French toast, eggs Benedict, hot coffee and fresh blueberries! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Inn has various rooms from simple to luxury to suit all tastes. We will be back as we continue visiting the Bourbon trail as it's very central to many of the distilleries including Makers Mark, Willet, Limestone Branch, Jim Beam and more.

Had a fantastic stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Carol was an awesome host the entire time and made me feel very welcome. After checking out some local bourbon distilleries, ventured over here in the early evening to wind down a bit near the pool area - the views are spectacular! Stayed in the Tiger Lily Suite and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was French toast with berries and bacon - delicious and a great way to start the morning! Simply put, top notch all around. I hope to return sometime in the future!

First off, props to my wife for finding this Bed and Breakfast. Since we have been in lock down since March 2020 and had a baby in June, we were in search of a much needed mental reset. Homeschooling two kids while raising the newborn has been a lot and we decided to take some us time and have the Grandparents watch the kids and dog. Thankfully they accepted and to the Wildflower Ranch Inn we set out.Rich and Carol provided a top notch experience that will be with us forever. Often I heard people say "Ohh the pictures don't do it justice" and that is exactly the case with the Wildflower Ranch Inn. Only when you arrive and walk through the front door, do you truly appreciate the beauty in this home. It is a massive home with grand entry ways into every room. All of the furniture and artwork through the home is top notch. Rich provided us with some great history in the area and things to visit while we were in town. This along with the background of the property and their venture to get here made it a very rewarding experience to be sitting in their home. Carol made some of the most delectable food for us during our two night stay. (I'm sure Rich helped LOL) We stayed in the Blackberry Blossom Suite, which was so breathtaking and grand! It made us feel like royalty sitting in such an elegant suite. The attention to detail in this room was awe inspiring. From the massive closet to the heated floors in the bathroom that is the size of our whole downstairs in our home. The light switches and blinds are even of high quality, its these devil of details that brings a gently touch of modern class to the historical home that tricks you into wondering what era you are in. We lucked out and were the only guests during this time, while it would have been nice to chat with other guests to see what brought them to the Wildflower Ranch Inn as well, it was really nice to just take a breather from life and get some much needed relaxation. We stayed in February and there was a nice dusting of snow, which provided a surreal quiet ambiance to the luscious rolling hills. I could only imagine how ideal this property is during the spring/summer with the pool open. We would like to come back with friends and rent out all the rooms to have a relaxing vacation. If you are looking at staying here, you are already on the right track. Go ahead and book it, you just can't go wrong. The home is amazing, Rich & Carol are great hosts and provide a perfect experience with amazing food!

This is truly the ultimate place to stay if you ever find yourself in Bourbon country. It is located just outside of Bardstown, KY - The Bourbon Capital of the World and is less than 30 minutes from over half a dozen great distilleries. Rich & Carol, the owners, are warm and welcoming and make you feel at home. The inn is also a beautiful gallery of their art work and has a fun and funky vibe. Breakfasts are to die for. Rich makes a killer eggs Benedict! All the rooms are spectacular, but we stayed in the BlackBerry Blossom Suite. Actually "suite" doesn't quite do the grandeur of this room justice. Suffice it to say - it's worth every penny. The Wildflower Ranch Inn is the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. Truly a little piece of heaven in the middle of the rolling hills of Kentucky.

What an amazing experience this was! The Blackberry Blossom Room was, by far, the nicest suite I have ever stayed in (the walk-in closet alone was larger than many of my old bedrooms), with the jacuzzi tub, steam shower, programmable fireplace, delightful four-poster bed, lovely furniture, and stunning artwork (most of which is created by the hosts!) just some of the highlights of this incredible space. My weekend at the Inn felt like an escape from the grit, stress, and ugliness of day-to-day city livin', replaced with relaxation, peace, and beauty everywhere I looked in this beautiful bed & breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was delicious! Rich and Carol spoiled us with quiche, eggs benedict, and French Toast (pictured) on the days we were there. I could go on and on about what a fabulous time we had and what wonderful hosts Carol and Rich were, but I won't - I'm too busy scheming about when I can come back!

My husband and I spent the weekend at this lovely bed and breakfast for a last minute getaway. This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever experienced! The home is beautiful and immaculate with gorgeous views of the surrounding acreage. Conveniently located off a main road, the inn is easy driving distance to anything you want to see in the area, but it's far away from traffic and noise. I'm so glad we stayed here instead of places right in Bardstown or the area immediately surrounding it. Carol provides an outstanding breakfast with fresh, quality ingredients. Our suite (Blackberry Blossom) could not have been nicer. We enjoyed the comfortable soaking tub and huge shower! We could easily have hung out at the inn just relaxing all day. The weather wasn't quite warm enough for the pool, but it looks great. Rich and Carol have done a fantastic job of preserving the historic roots of this home while also adding modern, artistic touches for a fresh look. We even came home and ordered four of the chairs that are in the breakfast room! Highly recommend and will tell friends to check this place out.
