I love a place with good food and good trivia!I came here for Thursday night trivia and it looks like they draw a good crowd even without the trivia. As a disclaimer - their parking is semi limited as they do share their lot with other businesses, so arrive early. Our server was friendly but I think she had to cover the entire area where trivia was, which is quite a few tables to have to manage. The bar and restaurant as a whole is pretty big, so I was pleased that food still arrived quickly. I ordered the Pickle Cruncher burger which comes with fried pickles on it! It was deeelish. Burgers are $2 off on Thursday! Also, I can't put my finger on what they do with their fries but they are more savory and delicious than your average restaurant's fries. I can definitely see myself coming for a trivia night again, especially since our team won a gift certificate for next time!

Honestly, giving Whiskey Business a 5 star, seems to be an understatement. My husband and I have been here several times since moving to the area, and everything we have tried has been absolutely amazing!This over 21 establishment has such a large menu, there is something for everyone. We have always been helped quickly, even on busy band nights. On Fridays and Saturdays this place gets full early, so I'd recommend coming early if you are wanting to watch a game or the band. This visit I enjoyed the Reuben egg rolls and boneless wings. The egg rolls are honestly a must get. I'm not a big Reuben girl, but these are so good! Other items to bite are the chipotle chicken ciabatta and the hot Sicilian!Looking forward to more visits and eating my way through this menu!

I'm honestly shocked that Whiskey Business has a (at the time of writing this review) a 3.6 star. Since moving to Southport, my wife and I have been coming here pretty frequently because the food is great, and the atmosphere is fun. On our most recent visit, we found a table quickly, and were served promptly. Got our drinks quickly as well.We started off with the Reuben egg rolls. Packed full, perfectly crispy, with a side of thousand island- can't beat it. I had the fried tenderloin for my meal. I could tell it was freshly prepared, had a great crunch, with fresh vegetables. The fries were a great addition.Go try out this place if you haven't (if you're over 21)...seriously....everything I've had here has been great.

Whiskey business is a nice sports bar in a great location. The food is on the higher end for bar/pub food. The menu is a good size with lots of options and unique variations. The service is always fast, friendly, and on point! They have LIVE MUSIC every Friday and Saturday with NO COVER CHARGE!!! It's one of the very few places you can listen to free live music. I highly recommend you stop and see for yourself!

Great food! We haven't ever been to Whiskey Business to dine in, but we get orders to go regularly. Tonight I got the best fish sandwich I've ever had. All the staff there is super nice. Tip them well; they deserve it!!!

This place is great! We come here quite often and really never had anything on the menu that is not tasty. Love their wing flavors, pizza, and wraps. They also have some really great specials both lunch and each evening for dinner. We also come here regularly for trivia nights and live music. Just a great place!

I came to Whiskey Business to see the band Medicated Mind. The band was great and for as packed as it was, so was the service. Our server, I think her name was Amanda, did a great job. I didn't eat tonight, but in the past I have and the food is pretty good. Will definitely be back

Love this place. They have great lunch specials. I really like the mushrooms, their hand battered and you gotta try their deluxe coleslaw. Service is always fast and courteous. Lots of TVs for watching sports. The place is clean and pretty quiet for a bar.

This is a decent sized bar with patio seating, bar seating and dining room seating. You must be 21 to enter, so you have to leave the littles at home. They have a full bar, with beer and cocktails and run daily lunch, dinner and drink specials. There are tons of TVs around the bar and dinning area and there is a stage off of the dining area where they host bands on the weekends.They have a digital juke box and 5 or 6 electronic dart boards. There were some other games in there to play as well. There are ample parking spots available in the private lot that it shares with the other businesses that they are in the strip mall with.There food menu is compact, but still has something for everybody. There are salads, quesadillas, burgers, fish, wraps and chicken. I got the Sloppy Joe with fries and their reuben egg rolls as an appetizer. It did not take too long to get my food, I would say less than 10 minutes.The food was good. It was not the best that I have had, but was far from the worst. It is your typical pub fare. It was warm and had flavor. I would get it again.The staff there was ok. They were very busy. The place was packed. I am low maintenance, so I did not have much interaction with them. They could have been a bit more attentive though. For example, I came in looking lost and was never greeted or directed where to go. i do like this place and bet that they are all the way live on weekends. They have decent food and reasonably priced drinks. With the amount of tvs they have, this is a nice place to catch the big fight or game. They are almost guaranteed to have the event you want to watch, on. I recommend stopping by and checking this place out.
