It stinks so bad here you almost gag when you go in. We took our pups to her groomed. The cut was great but they smelled like pee when we got them home. Reached out to them as it was over $200 and no response

Hit or miss. Used to love, not so much anymore :(. Seems to be major internal communication problems.

They have a pool for your dogs! This place is like a luxury hotel for your dogs. They can go for play dates or go for boarding. Such an amazing place. Highly recommend. Also, dr. Alford is right next door and is phenomenal physical therapist for animals and offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy for your pet's recovery.

Under New Management!Apparently, everything is totally different now in terms of blacklisting certain breeds. I decided to try daycare again and my two pit mixes were welcomed for the day. Babar had already been there prior to the decision to reject certain dog races, but Poky had never been. I got Poky's report card for her trial day and, of course, both dogs did great. I am so unbelievably happy that ownership/policy/management changes have happened. Babar and Poky will be back to swim this summer!

This was my second time here. I have had them groom my toy poodle twice now. $45 for the whole packages which I think is a good deal. My pup looks and smells pretty darn good after he gets groomed if I may say so myself. I love that I can drop him off super early and pick him up late because it works around my work and personal schedule. The building is nice and the inside is beautiful. They have a vet, a pool, boarding, grooming and daycare. If only they had training it's a one stop shot for your pet.

I did not have a pleasant experience the first time boarding my dog there. But I think 2nd chances should be a thing. I took my pups back and they were interacting with other pups checking in. They had me fill out questionnaires about my pups and how they are around other dogs only to inform me at check in to evaluate and allow the extra play time I would have to pay even more $53 for the first and $47 for the second and that doesn't include the play time. But I could have one on one with them if I didn't want to pay for the extra evaluations. Just disappointed that things are not on the website and when checking in they have nothing down so you have to ask and schedule even though you already did.

Uptown Hounds is on the pricey side, but the facilities are very nice. We use them doggie daycare for our German Shepherd. He loves it! He always falls asleep in the car on the way home which means he played hard all day. It's convenient for me to drop him off on my way to work. They are open til 6:30pm in the evenings so even if I have to stay a little later at work, I can still make it by to pick him up.They offer day care packages so you can get a bit of a discount if you multiple visits in advance.

2nd Update: The manager reached to me and went over each point in my previous review. She also apologized on her staffs behave and offered 10% off my next visit. I'm very appreciative of the call back and the discount, although, that was not necessary. Unfortunately, the 1hr and 30min drive to and from was still made and I can't get that back. I'll update my review from the previous lower rating but this does change my experience.

We have a new shelter dog, a 1-year-old, who wants to play with our 10-year old shelter dog--who just wants to relax--so we decided to try doggy daycare. We've never taken a dog to daycare so we didn't know what to expect but we've had a great experience so far. I like that dogs have to pass a temperament test and they have a good amount of staff to manage the many dogs they have each day. And we have utilized their trainer, Christian, for a few little problems with such a young dog, the primary being walking on a leash. It took him three lessons and puppy is walking like a pro on a leash and not jumping on us.My only negative is that it's kind of expensive and I've talked to other pet parents that feel the same. Monthly specials would be a nice touch.

Love their daycare!! The staff are PHENOMENAL and our dog absolutely loved them too! She was excited all 3 days we dropped her off.
