Umami Sushi

Nice local sushi restaurant in Bardstown. The food is always fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are always good. Service is fast and prices are fair.

Loved the spicy teriyaki lunch special. It comesWith a salad or soup, fried rice, and veggies. The yum yum sauce is delicious.Service was excellent.

The place is pretty unassuming in the middle of the hotel area. The food was so so good, better than I expected. The lobster roll was divine. The food came out fast and furious which was fine but we would have been happy to linger a bit. The tempura ice cream was tasty but re frozen I think, which made it hard to eat. We'd go back if it was local.

I went here 3 years ago. I mean it was okay. The sushi was interesting I ended up get a 100$ plate of rice, veggies, lobster, crab and some other stuff. The plate was 70% rice. The lobster was over cooked/dry and two bites. I just overall didn't really like it and the bill was over 200$ just for me to leave hungry/unsatisfied the experience hasn't let me come back, unfortunately It was beautiful and very clean, respectful staff. And they did great with allergy accommodation.

The sushi was good but the service was bad. Nice size rolls and the two I had (crunch munch and Paul's) were good. Some of the other rolls were unusual with fried chicken and mozzarella, but to each their own :)The service was terrible. They weren't very busy. They gave us 5 menus for 7 people. We had to ask twice for napkins. And we had to get up and go find a server to provide water refills. There is also a fee for paying with credit card.

Sushi there is equal to gas station sushi Hostess also doesn't speak any English that was odd, ordered three rolls, could eat six bites before asking for the bill to leave

Awesome food and service twice I have been here. Great food great environment. Both with and without kids Will go back again. A little bit in high side but worth it

Every time i eat here its good i love sushi and food of that nature and its always good
