Twin Peaks

I was a little hesitant to go to Twin Peaks. I was not sure what to expect. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was nice, the service was good. I was expecting it to be like Hooters but it's far from that. I had the Pot Roast and it was delicious. Really tender and juicy. The mashed potatoes were lumpy in a good way. Will definitely be returning soon.

I really enjoyed the ice cold beer and the service but was not a fan when I ordered multiple double shot drinks and they were not doubles. The food was pretty good but I found the wings to be a bit too greasy but they did taste good. Also the lobster mac n cheese is very good. It's a nice lodge feeling inside which is nice especially in the winter months to help you feel like you're on vacation.

I can't compliment both of the Brooks that work at the bar enough. They're just sassy and witty and fun. They make everyone feel welcome. The food at this place is phenomenal. They actually make most of it in house, including sauces. Have a good local beer selection. The ambulance is rather funny. You'll not find a staff of more beautiful people anywhere in the area. I've been back several times and every time I'm visiting Family in the area I come in and Brooke is still there with a big smile and some kind of a funny little quip.

Came in tonight first timer our original waitress had a really nasty attitude I asked for the loaded fries and I told her no bacon extra green onions when I received my fries they were extra salty no green onions no cheese when I asked her about this she walked away and sent another young lady our way she was sweet and very nice but I was still very annoyed about my fries I was annoying I asked her if there's anything to do and she said she could go get some from the counter I told her don't worry about it cuz I'm probably never going to come back because the service I got when I first got there was the worst I've ever had my life my party got their food their tacos were delicious first time customer last time customer it was also my birthday tonight and my dinner was ruined because your waitress was rude and nasty great atmosphere I will say that your bar is lovely your restaurant is lovely but I think you need to train your stuff a little better will

Had 2 peaks in Northern Ky. In Ky we had GREAT service. The food is the same and the beer is freezing cold. The service was the biggest downfall. 10 min for our server to take our order, 10 more min to get a drink Other servers turned their tables quickly so it was just our server. Sad it decides how the meal goes

First time trying this place. I heard really good things. I'll do my best not to bash anyone and just give a truthful review. 3 of my colleagues and myself tried this for lunch today. They opened at 11 we were the 3rd table to be seated. After 10 minutes we finally got our drinks ordered. The place wasn't busy at all. After we had been seated at our table for 20 minutes and still nobody stopped by to take our order we flagged someone down. 10 minutes later our waitress showed up to take our order. One of us had noticed she had been sitting in a booth with a much older gentleman and not worrying about her customers. Food was ordered at 11:29. 40 minutes goes by and no food. 3 tables that were seated after us got their food and already paid and left. 12:10 our food showed up. The waitress said the smoked wings take a while. Well all of our food was cold so that was a lie. Wings were ok but nothing great. Burgers were dry and cold. Service was among the worst I've ever experienced anywhere in total we spent an hour and a half to get an average lunch at best that was way overpriced. I had already made my mind up 45 minutes into lunch that I would never come back. I had such high hopes but was completely let down.

Great food, service was spot on, and tv/sports viewing was perfect. Very clean and fun atmosphere.

The food was actually pretty good. I didn't expect much. All of the woman were very pretty and scantily clad. Unfriendly would be the word to describe the overall attitude of the servers though. If they would smile and act like they enjoy their jobs it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. My daughter and her friend Cece, both 16, wanted to come here. Seriously. The steaks were pretty good. Not quite Texas roadhouse but still good. The decor was nice. Canadian theme. Our server spoke to us and was very pretty. She was only an order taker. Personality of a wet mop. Never saw her smile once. Had the staff been friendly I would have given a higher rating.

Kylie She did a very nice job waiting on us. She was very personable , informative and thoughtful. She made us feel very welcome and made me want to come back. You are lucky to have a person of this caliber working for your organization.

I received some of the worst service I have ever gotten at a bar. I was waiting for over half an hour for a drink and watching people next me come up and be served before. I was only served after someone next to me pointed it out to the bartender when they were paying their bill. I get it- busy night, but come on. If you are black, do not come here by yourself. Bring your white friend so you won't get ignored. Vodka was good though.
