Trackside Butcher Shoppe

We used this location when it was first opening. The gentleman we bought part of a cow from recommended them. Once we received everything we were very impressed. They did a great job vacuum sealing and labeling everything. The cubed steak has been very tender. The cuts of meat have been precise and well done. We've had our cow for a year and nothing is freezer burnt. The hamburger was also well made. I've contacted them through Facebook once and they were quick to respond and very polite. I hope to physically make it to their storefront sometime.

Bought 1/2 of a cow and had it cut here. Buyer beware, more hamburger than steaks cut. What cuts were received were cut horribly, obviously skimming the steaks. Stay clear
