The floor. That where you can find my jaw! I'm not one to rave but this right here... deserves a rave. I got a head rush just walking in and enjoying the intoxicating aroma. Sweet googly moogly! Decide on the banana pudding with cheesecake crumbles and blackberry peach cobbler. I'm not the poet I want to be so I'll sum it up with 2 words -- THE BOMB! So rich, so creamy, so delicious. Please visit and treat yo'self!

Such a cute place with great and honest service. I got the original peach cobbler and my kiddo got the Oreo crunch cookie and carnival cookie. The restaurant wasn't crazy busy, it was clean, and the service was quick!Ok now that I have eaten my cobbler and the kids have eaten their cookies. My cobbler tasted a little burnt and the kids said the cookie was too hard and would prefer crumbl cookie. Ew I just found a small curly black hair in my cobbler. Another star gone.

Ordered the Peach Praline Cobbler. I enjoy more crust forward cobblers, and this was more crust than Peaches. However the flavor was overall lacking. Tasted like canned pie filling without additional ingredients. The pralines were ok. Could have been sweeter.

I decided to stop here after the UK football game. I am so glad that I did. This place is bomb. Upon walking inside the place, it smelled like the wonderful desserts. It was a kind of busy with others seated inside. I was surprise on how big it was inside. I liked how clean it was inside. The girl who took my order was very nice and patience. Since it was my first time there I was unsure on what to order. I ordered the cinnamon praline cobbler and it came with ice cream. My mom had ordered the banana pudding. It was the most delicious dessert I ever had. I couldn't get enough of it. Me and my mom raved about how good I dessert tasted the entire day.I tried to the food truck version near my home and it definitely wasn't near the same as Lexington. When I am visiting Lexington again, I am returning to The Peach Cobbler Factory.

Highly anticipated experience that was let down on customer service and presentation of product. No one greeted upon entrance. Place was empty besides one person waiting on to go, however it was a Monday evening. Someone appeared at counter to let me know they would attend to me soon, which was fine. They came back shortly and I ordered a classic peach cobbler. I sat down and was the only patron in house. My cobbler was delivered in a paper bag and in to-go containers with ice cream (hard as a rock) and cobbler, separate. I was not asked my preference. Missed the photo op of the treat. Employee did check on me how everything was. Cobbler itself was tasty, absent of any wow-factor and was safely predictable. I had to use a plastic spoon to dig out my ice cream and place it on my cobbler, which kind of defeats the whole purpose and magic.

Service was very slow because they were in the back. I guess working. The item I got from the menu was ok, it'll be a while before I go back.

I stopped by on the way home from work to pick something up for a friend that wasn't having a great day . I got the caramel apple cobbler (which was really good by the way). I got the smallest serving which is 4ozs it didn't come with ice cream but that's okay! The girl at the counter was super friendly and patient with me while I decided what I had wanted and answered my questions about the size of portions. (We're exercise riders so we have to watch what we eat and how much especially since it wasn't a cheat day for her.) It's nice to be able to go somewhere and get a small portion of dessert instead of some huge portion that's going to go to waste . The store itself is cute , I particularly liked the orange and the selfie wall that you can take pictures at. Sorry I didn't get a chance to take a picture because we gobbled up the cobbler between the two of us .

This phenomenal dessert treat was just what my Sunday afternoon needed. Located off S. Broadway and plenty of front parking. Once stepped inside we were greeted with a full Cobbler Menu. Our selections were the Peach Cobbler bowl and the Carmel Apple Cobbler with a side of ice cream and it was in indeed delicious!! After eating and enjoying the ambiance, we played Corn Hole. There was a nice greenery area to take pictures which I loved. But one thing that threw me off was the bathrooms. Both were dirty with no toilet paper. Needless to say, the food was great but after wanting to wash in your hands from enjoying the delicious food it was slightly distasteful, but i would try this place again, just To-Go.

The place was quick, portions are very small. Tastes worse than home made but you don't always have the time. I felt like I wanted better packaging. The ice cream and cobbler don't fit in the same container. The peaches were fine. Overall it was just that, fine. If you love cobbler, maybe stop in for your fix but not a stop to prioritize imo.

I'm very surprised that this establishment is still open. When we walked in, it seemed to shock the staff that someone had entered. When we ordered our $8 of cobbler and ice cream per person, the cobbler came out slightly warm, and the ice cream was freezer burnt. They realized that it was really quiet in the restaurant so they turned on background music halfway through our time there. The staff was rather standoffish, and seemed to be uninterested in the whole thing. Probably won't be stopping by for any more overpriced cold cobbler any time soon.
