Cute and comfortable. Atmosphere is perfect for a coffee shop. They have everything on the menu you would expect from a downtown coffee shop and the employees were very nice

I love coffee, so I was really excited when the local drive through coffee business got a new owner and a make over. However, after seeing the price point of the menu items, I was very disappointed. Don't get me wrong - I want people to make money and succeed - I just don't think Mt. Sterling has the ability to sustain a business with these price points. Usually, new businesses in this location do great at first, then after the "new business" hype wears off they fade away. I would like to see this business re-evaluate their pricing to hopefully stay around a little longer. At these prices, I do not see myself visiting this business as a regular part of my routine. I may stop by as a special treat for a frappe - but it would be a very rare occassion. The thing that hurts them the most is NOTHING is included in the price - so if you want cream you have to pay extra, if you want coffee (in your coffee smoothie) you have to pay extra.Frappe - the large Pralines -N- Cream frappe that I ordered cost $7 for a 20 oz size. This is what I ordered on my first trip and I was asked if I wanted espresso in my smoothie and I said yes. I didn't know that cost an extra $1. When comparing this to a Starbucks frappe you are paying $.35 per oz here compared to $.30 per oz at Starbucks. Not too much of a difference - but personally I'd rather have the 24 oz venti from Starbucks. I suspect this business is using the Big Train frappe mixes - you can mix them with coffee, water, or milk. So they are following the bag instructions but you select coffee as your mixer then they charge you more. I would pay $6 for this product if that price included the coffee as the base. I loved the flavor and taste of the frappe - but I'll probably order the mix online and make it myself at home as opposed to paying $7 for one.Cold Brew - The menu showed a price of $5.50 for a large and an added $.50 if you wanted cream - but somehow my total came to $6.50 - I don't know how that math works. Maybe it was $6 for a large and then the added cost of the cream. The large size looks to be the same 20 oz cup as the frappes. This is a cost of $.325 per oz. At starbucks - the venti sweet cream vanilla cold brew costs $4.72, which is a cost of $.1967 per oz. If the size I actually got was only 16 oz then this brings the cost to $.406 per oz. This is a HUGE difference in price. Also, if you wanted to add vanilla flavored syrup it would have cost even more. The fact that nothing is included in the overall cost of the drink really turns me off as a customer. On taste - I wasn't majorly impressed with the flavor of the cold brew. It's good, but not twice the price of starbucks good. Overall, I don't see myself returning to this business unless they can offer a total drink at a reasonable price without having to add all the individual pieces of the drink.

I received a gift card to this business from another local business and was so excited to get to visit after hearing how good it was! The pricing is similar to Starbucks- we had a $10 card and still had to pay $2 for our drinks, however, I think if Starbucks can charge their prices so can this shop! While they didn't have almond milk when we went, they did have other alternatives and more sugar free options! The quality is worth it and it didn't take longer than 3 minutes for our drinks to be made, and there was only one worker, definitely recommend this establishment for those that love coffee and other speciality drinks!
