They are only open Wednesday through Sunday. So when you go make sure it's not a Monday or Tuesday. The food is great but the price is very high.

Extra tasty food in this little bee hive on the side of the road, make sure call to check hours.Very good pizza, we enjoyed the Hawaiian Pizza. They have cooked to order burgers and sandwich with some large sides. Can't wait to return to this little local gem. They have some small items for sale, found some goat soap at a great price.Extra friendly staff buzzing around in here, just could not help myself. It's a good hive.

The staff here is always great. They are very helpful, the store has a great deli option, nice selection for food. Seat in or take out. They now sale beer if you would like, hopefully they get some good beer in (maybe Upland Brewing). Certainly will return.

Excellent food & atmosphere! The staff/owners are amazing & super friendly! Food was made hot & fresh to order! They had many variety of games to play while waiting for your food & don't forget the ice cream! It was to die for! Definitely will be back & especially plan on trying their pizza next time! They are a must see if you're in the area & if you're not then they are worth the trip!

First: The address is Leavenworth, IN not Marengo. GPS will take you to wrong area on the state road.My visit was pre-pandemic. I grew up in the area and was back visiting. It wasn't very late and most places were closed so I headed to yelp to find something and this was listed. The building used to be a small grocery, gas station, and grill. The new owners have converted it to a spacious dine in restaurant. The menu is salads, lunch meat sandwiches, chicken, burgers, pizza, icecream, etc. I have the kickin bourbon burger. It was about $7 for a single and it was plenty big along with the fries. If it was a previously frozen burger I couldn't tell. It tasted great.It's bee themed, so you can get honey and some decor as well.The only down side is you have to purchase bottled drinks and the sugar-free options were pretty limited.

Small and mom and pop place with super friendly staff and good food. If you are near, it's worth stopping by.I had their fried chicken and it was better than most, and the service was superb, with a welcome atmosphere and smiling faces.
