Great experience. I hadn't been here since I was younger but it is still a great place to come. These really do have to be some of the best chicken tenders around in the area. The service was also very efficient and no real issues to report there Excellent experience and I look forward to coming back

Today was our Brotherhood Lunch and had a party of 13 present. My first stop was the dessert case and picked out a Derby Pie Bar to take home later.Mikayla was our friendly and helpful server who knew some good suggestions to order.I had chicken fingers, extra crispy fries and green beans. Others ordered chicken fingers, fried cod, chicken fried steak, salad, steak, roast beef sandwich and other things, including desserts, like coconut cream pie and Derby pie bar. There was no complaints. We had a wonderful time with good food and great service. Always appreciate Military discounts.

Great place to meet up with friends or meet new ones. The chicken tenders here are to die for. They service full menus throughout the day in the restaurant area.The service is always good with value placed on the customer.Definitely stop in if your in the area and haven't tried this place

The ambience is cozy and the food and service is always great. We always start with the bacon cheddar potato skins. This time we indulged ourselves in two of their derby special drinks and the New York strip cooked (to perfection) medium rare. It was a very good cut of meat and cooked perfectly. More tender than you'd expect of a strip. The broccoli was also wonderful. My best tip I can give you (and why we choose to split an entree) is SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT. We took home a slice of coconut cream pie and white chocolate raspberry gateaux. They also have a triple chocolate gateaux and they are both gluten free. Enjoy!

This place has the best burger! They cook to order and very rarely do they mess that up. When the do cook it wrong, they quickly and fix it. The chicken fingers and chicken livers are also a go to for us. Most everything they have, they make. So you really can't go wrong. It doesnt matter when you go, there will be a constant stream of people getting takeout. Which I believe is also a good indicator of their quality.Their deserts are from Sweet Stuff in New Albany. You can get whole pies and cakes or by the slice. The servers are attentive and always helpful. The restrooms are clean. The management is on site and on point!

My husband and I had lunch at The Fireside Bar & Grill over the weekend. Both exterior and interior of the establishment a bit outdated, but clean. Service was so friendly, fast and attentive! The chicken livers were a little burnt, but otherwise very good. My fries were over-salted and the sandwich was nothing special. I took a nibble of my husband's roast beef and thought it tasted processed, but he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. There was no way we could pass up dessert once we saw the large selection of cakes and pies. Key Lime pie and Cheese Cake were delicious! Best of all, we found the restaurant's price to be very fair.

This restaurant "punches above its weight class" in every way. The dishes are prepared exceptionally well, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Service is friendly and efficient, and the desserts are delightful. Highly recommended.

I would gladly say that every time we visit the Fireside Grill s consistently great. I have tried many of the dinners and never been disappointed. The ambience and service is just an added plus to the fantastic food!

I was driving to the bank and noticed this restaurant. I stopped and walked into a nice room with plenty of staff that took care of us immediately. The room had wood laminate floors and wood on the wall that resembled a high end club look. Our waitress appeared immediately and was very nice. There is a cake shop in the dinning room that sale's homemade cake and pies. For dinner we ate a cod sandwich and meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans. Food was good and I will return

The food was amazing. We are from out of town, and we always try to find local restaurants to support, and this place did not disappoint.
