So glad that I'm closer to this gem now. Everything is great. But my favorite is the deboned stuffed chickens, crazy good!

Five stars for flavor profile, four stars for small portions of the protein. Would up to five stars easily if meat size was slightly higher. I got the stuffed pork tenderloin and when I got back to the office, was surprised at the amount of meat there considering the meal was $9. I got my food scale out that I use to count macros and the meat weighed in at 3.5 ounces. The macaroni had a slight hint of Cajun seasoning which I loved. The baked beans were just typical beans.. solid, not great. The meat, while lacking in amount packed a lot of flavor. It's not necessarily a Cajun restaurant, but a meat market. So you'll need to check in on their Facebook to see what they have to eat each day as they really only have one plate and then some side items like the boudine balls, which are unique and delicious as well.

I was kind of torn between three stars or four but the customer service was the deciding factor as it was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. I bought an etouffee stuffed chicken which was good but was basically chicken & rice with shrimp. It's probably my fault for getting an idea in my head before I ate it but I pictured a roux being part of the stuffing and it was not. The andouille sausage was ok, I got some Cajun sausages that I haven't tried yet and the cracklings were pretty good. There are some other things here I would like to try and the boneless chicken is almost worth going back for on its own.Update: In my opinion the Cajun sausages are better than the andouille sausages after trying both of them.

Absolutely delicious and really easy. We ordered meat pies, seafood stuffed mushrooms, and twice baked potatoes. Kept everything in the freezer until ready to put on a cookie sheet and pop in the oven. They give you a sheet of paper with cooking instructions and everything came out perfectly. A little bit of spice but I'm a baby so truly just a little bit.

Had some of the best steaks I've ever had last weekend. We got 2 filets and grilled them, they were so tender we could cut with a fork. The stuffed deboned chicken was also really good!

I ordered a smoked ham and 6 stuffed mushrooms on dec 1st. We picked up ham on 21 of dec. Ham was 49.99 for eight pounds. It was a sugar dale ham. The ham was tough and fatty. So disappointing. They did not have the stuffed mushrooms. And when we looked in case at the burger, it was brown. Won't be back!

Went out to lunch with family today. We had the po boy lunch plate for $11.99. It came with a sub style-fried shrimp sandwich, Cajun fries, and fried okra. We all got a drink for a $1 additional. We also each bought a seafood boudin ball to try.The short of it- If you know what a true po boy tastes like and are expecting that same experience, you'll be disappointed. If you just want a shrimp sub sandwich and have no idea what down south po boys taste like, you will think it's okay. The bread was the main issue. It wasn't the right kind of bread for a po boy.... but I understand if that's all they had to work with. I would have just preferred a breaded shrimp lunch over the sandwich. The shrimp were very well breaded but could've used a bit more seasoning. The sides were average, the fried tasted like normal fries and not Cajun seasoned. The okra was good.On the positive side, the boudin balls came out piping hot and tasted amazing. I guess we know what to come for now!
