Local candy store to wander and find your favorite treat. Mine was salt water taffy. Fun vibe and it doesn't take long to find a childhood favorite. Go get you some!

Sweet treats is a dessert place located in hillview portion of Louisville off Preston Highway. Newer location that joins some stiff competition from its own parking lot as there is a ice cream parlor next door called Paige's that shares a dining room with hill view diner and a small shack in its parking lot that sells shaved ice. This location whole maybe in the same dessert genre is vastly different. They have gelato ice cream, brownies, cakes, fudge and other delicacies like chocolate covered strawberries. I walked in here this last Saturday with me wife and four daughters. The workers here were super nice and friendly. We sampled the menu strongly ranging from Peanut butter chocolate gelato, vanilla gelato, chocolate strawberries, walnut brownie, and Banana nut cake. Everything we had was great. The gelato Ice cream was amazing and had awesome flavor. I got the peanut butter chocolate and it was amazing. The walnut brownie and banana nut cake also very good with great flavor. My oldest daughter said her chocolate covered strawberries were great as well. The workers as mentioned were very fast and friendly. They gave my 19 month old a sucker and some chalk and told her to draw on whatever she liked. So she had fun with them and Vice versa. Overall great addition to the the hill view area. In October 2021 they will open up a breakfast portion that will include things like muffins and bagels so that is something to look forward too. Pricing was cheaper as well. We will absolutely come back.

Great little place. Great selection, big serving sizes, great prices and fantastic customer service! We sampled the cookies, cake pops, huge brownie sundae with the works etc. All delicious. They also have tons of other stuff to choose from including milk shakes. Do not miss a chance to try this place.

Went in to pick up a non food related order. I spotted the sweets and was intrigued. Got the Italian something . Soooooo good and rich. I do not eat sweets but managed to eat four big bites. As rich as it is it would take me a week to eat. I may challenge myself. I can't wait for a cup of coffee with it or a big glass of milk. I can't decide if I like the cake or the icing most . I will be back

Adorable little dessert shop. Came in around 5pm on a Saturday for something's sweet & ended up with a couple cookies, some cake pops & a couple scoops of gelato, all of which were delicious. The employee we spoke with was very kind & offered us some suggestions. There's a chalkboard wall to entertain the kiddos as well as picnic tables to sit outside. I'll definitely be back.
