So I purchased a big pot to make my own tamales, thought it was pricey but I still purchased it. The very next day we started cooking after. All was set and done I was cleaning the pot and it look like it was chewed up by something. Took it to the store and the manager said that she needed to reach to distributors and that she'll call me back. 3 weeks no call back, I called 3 time and she's never in. You guys be aware of this place. I support my people but not shady business!!!!

Wonderful store! You can get all kinds of fruits, snacks, spices! There's a butcher shop attached here if you need some meats! It's owned by the same folks who own El Mariachi and the bakery!

If I had only known about this supermarket before! I believe it is the only large Mexican grocery store that is close to the Northeast end of Louisville. They open early, I showed up right around 8 AM on a Saturday and the place was already open. They have a large selection of produce, including stuff that is hard to find in your regular American supermarket. There is an attached butcher shop that has a large selection of meats including some ready to eat things like roast chickens. There is a good selection of flour & corn tortillas, tostadas, etc. which can be found inside the butcher shop section. The tortilla factory is actually located a couple of doors down from the supermarket so you know these tortillas are fresh! I even spotted a little elote (street corn) stand inside the supermarket but it wasn't up and running yet that early. The prices were quite reasonable. Service was friendly even if there was a slight language barrier sometimes (if you don't speak Spanish). Nothing that can't be resolved using the Google Translate app :)What makes this location even more awesome, is the Latin bakery that is right next to the supermarket. I got some rolls there which were also quite nice. They seemed to have nice selection of baked goods, breads, pastries and cakes, a tempting selection. My eyes are bigger than my stomach sometimes, but I managed to restrain myself this time and bought only what I needed. Latin supermarket, fresh produce, butcher shop, and bakery, all conveniently in one location. I will definitely be coming back for some one-stop shopping (and eating)!

While looking for a "bigger" store that sells authentic Mexican products we came upon this place. The store is one of the larger stores in the area and we were impressed by the selections offered in the store. When it comes to Latin American foods, spices and/or name brands it can get pretty confusing if you are not familiar with how palates change from region to region. With that said, this store offers a good variety of different brands familiar to Latin Americans. This store has a decent mix of brands that can appease someone from northern Mexico to the Yucatan. The store layout is a bit confusing but it seems as though they have tried to use the most of the space available. The store is connected to the butcher shop and makes shopping more convenient. The butcher shop also offers a wider variety of meats than another, smaller, carneceria in the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they sold cheek meat which can be hard to find even in smaller "non-ethnic" butcher shops. We ended up purchasing quite a bit from the store and definitely intend on returning.

I love Latin food! Whenever I want to make something authentic I come here for my ingredients. They have great prices and everyone is pretty friendly! Many items are in Spanish, naturally. They have a limited selection of brands (which I prefer). And the best candies and chocolate from anywhere outside of the States! If only they had milo!

I regularly visit this store because it is clean and I find everything I need, they have great selections in food, meats and bakery but I service it is not usually the best, I believe good service starts with a "hello" and ends with a "thank you" we do not usually get that, last time we visited it We did not feel welcome at all, we had to wait until all the cashiers finished their conversation and when they finally reached at us they gave us a really bad look, I even overhead them talking bad about costumers and us included, very rude!! We felt like they do not appreciate our business there so We are definitely not going back, this store was not used to be like this . mal servicio!!

This place is awesome! Huge, clean, and well priced. They have a fresh tortilla factory and butcher shop too! I saw some people buying all their groceries here, not just Mexican specialties. I will definitely be back!

This is a rating on customer service. Santos was the nicest guy at their BAKERY. The others weren't that nice. People alone can make you want to come back or not, and this is not a very welcoming place, BUT Santos, if I heard his name correctly, the young man helping for check out & preparing, was the nicest person there.
