St James Court Fountain

The St. James Court Fountain added a musical rhythm to my rainy day walk. I was hoping the historic homes nearby would be decked out for Christmas, but even without that, the fountain held its own, especially with its festive Christmas garland and lights.The iron fence around it caught my eye just as much as the fountain itself, with its intricate floral design that's easy to overlook if you're not paying attention. I particularly enjoyed the details in the statue's drapery. Interestingly, the sculptor is listed as 'Unknown.'It's one of those spots that makes Old Lou feel so special, even on a gray, rainy day.

She's off for the season and it's a little disheartening.Either way, this fountain is one of a kind and what makes st James so special and so nice to walk!

St James court fountain is the center piece of the beautiful and historic st janes court area in the old Lousiville neighborhood. Very large working fountain that is a popular photo op in the city of Louisville. Is the backdrop of many photos taken during the st James court art festival held annually. Overall very cool and pretty fountain. Adds even more elegance to the the upscale neighborhood.

This is a great fountain located in the middle of the very popular historic st james court area. It is in the old Louisville neighborhood and features many visitors each year for the st james art fair. It is very large and shoots a good amount of water. It is extremely popular in the community. Its definitely worth checking out and seeing

The entire St James Court is a beautiful area. I'm so glad my host recommended I check this neighborhood out. I rented an electric scooter and road up and down the street a couple times.
