I can not say enough about the entire SUP staff we worked with for our annual sales event in Louisville. Chris was SO SO SO informed about what specific equipment we should use based on the event we were having. He went above and beyond to make sure it looked as professional as he knew we wanted it to look (even having another employee bring additional lighting last min for us). He was super easy to talk to and work with. We were a small group of 150 guests (in comparison to what I know they do) and they made us feel like the #1 priority the entire time. We paid to have them sit through the round table run through in addition to the tech rehearsal and it was something we will do moving forward because it allowed him to get a better idea of our vision. We used SUP for all sound / music and some lighting. My only regret is that we did not use them for EVERYTHING as the hotel we worked with had enormous fees for outside vendors. You will NOT regret hiring them for your next event - big or small!

I've been to many events where SUP has put on the music and lighting and I feel like no one in the Louisville area does it better. They are completely professional, reliable and do a fantastic job of working the crowd to the best possible outcome depending on the event.
