The drinks, food, atmosphere, and service were all INCREDIBLE! We had an amazing date night here and it was a great upbeat place. Will be back!We also got the White Peach Sangria, Cucumber Jalapeño Ranch Water, and Strawberry Basil Smash. 110% RECOMMEND!!

I was in Bloomington this weekend and went here for a late lunch. The place was not full at all when we arrived at noon. It is big inside, open area with tons of seats. Our waiter was great and went through some of the items on the menu. We had the tacos, pork belly and ahi tuna. Both were decently portioned, filled me up, and tasted great. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

I was in town visiting my son and we went to Social Cantina for a late lunch. The entire place was empty, so we were the only customers. The staff were all friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and it had an interesting vibe.We ordered the chicken enchiladas, chips and queso, chicken verde bowl, the despacito bowl, shrimp bowl, fried avocado tacos, and shrimp and corn taco. Chips do not come complimentary, just an fyi. They did accidentally prepare two orders of chips and queso and did give us the second one for free.All of our meals were good but I wasn't blown away. I would, however, visit again and try more of their tacos.

Going by my fellow yelpers reviews we stopped in here for lunch. We walked in and were immediately seated. The waitress brought us a carafe of iced water to our table but no salsa and chips. You have to buy the salsa and chips separately. We ordered the mango salsa (spicy hot but, oh the flavor)The red roasted salsa (delicious, bold flavor) Also ordered the cheese dip, ohhhhhh myyyyyyy, get the cheese dip!!! It's the best cheese dip I think I've ever had, deliciously addicting.Ordered the chicken fajitas. Again...ohhhhh myyyy. The chicken was thick, tender, well seasoned pieces with onions and hint of lime. Delicious. I took a picture of it but for some reason it won't upload to this platform. Highly, highly recommend this establishment!! Everything is great!!Get the cheese dip. Did I say get the cheese dip........yes, yes I did.

Wow. What a great stop in Bloomington. We stopped here before an IU volleyball game. Service was great and fast. Great location with inside and outside seating. We ordered a few tacos and the kids ordered quesadillas. Quesadillas are huge and kids can share. Tacos were the perfect size, I ordered 2 and was full. Will definitely be back to try more menu items.

Great drink menu with several types of margaritas. Be warned -- the Bee Sting is no joke! I love a spicy margarita, but it was almost too much for me (but still very good). The bartenders were fantastic -- terrific service, good drink recommendations, and even though they appeared to be pretty swamped (and barely old enough to be serving alcohol!), they kept their cool and were very friendly & professional the entire time. The food was delicious, and I had such a hard time deciding what to order because everything on the menu sounded so good. I was tempted by the tacos, but opted for the ahi tuna-stuffed avocado because it was something I've never seen on any other menu before. It was very good, but I do wish there had been a bit more tuna and less cream cheese. It seemed like more of a cream cheese-stuffed avocado than tuna-stuffed.I loved the ambiance of the bar and got a kick out of the 90s hip-hop music, even though it seemed a bit out of place for a Mexican restaurant. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Bloomington to try those tacos!

Have you ever had your food come out TOO fast? I don't think I've ever felt that way before. But I actually did here. It was shocking how quickly my food came out. And it led me to believe it might not have been made to order. I was underwhelmed by the flavor. It's a nice room and a good location, but I'm not sure about this place.

Great menu! But service was not the best. Stopped by on our way back to Louisville for some lunch. Our server look about 15 minutes to greet us, we were so hungry and ordered right away to avoid waiting long for our food. Once we ordered he brought out the appetizer and then the food and never returned to ensure our food tasted good. Would not recommend for a memorable experience. But the food was great.

Nico was awesome, very good service and very nice. He was quick and had nice conversations

Social Cantina is always a favorite when eating out with friends and family. Our last visit, we were served by Camille! She was attentive and efficient. She answered any questions we had about the menu. I love the queso and tacos of the month. Will def be returning!
