Superb experience!!! I cannot recommend this company more, 10/10! Our first hot air balloon ride and crossed a bucket list experience off the list. Matt, Chip, Bryan and staff were knowledgeable, hilarious, professional and so pleasant to be around. Sunrise was gorgeous, the team worked like a well oiled machine together getting the balloons inflated and even let you get a hands on experience if you wish. We felt so safe in their care the entire time. Once in the air the experience was just breathtaking, I really cannot put into words how wonderful it was, please use this review as your sign to see for yourselves and make your own memories with Skycab Balloons! A beautiful toast at the end of the ride to celebrate a safe flight was a cherry on top. Thank you, this will not be our last balloon ride.

Matt, the owner and our pilot, was awesome. He and Anna, his ground crew, ensured that the whole experience was memorable. We celebrated my wife's birthday with an early morning flight. Highly recommended.

The person who owns this business" Matt" is very unprofessional and tried to overcharge me for services not rendered. We were supposed to have a balloon wedding with 45 minutes tethering, a one hour exclusive flight and a banner provided. His charge was $1500.00., which was fine. But when we did not receive the tethering, which is the most costly action associated with ballooning due to fuel consumption and labor intensiveness, nor did we receive a banner he promised, he still wanted to charge full price of $1500.00 for what was only a one hour flight with 5 minutes on the ground with ring exchange and a prayer. I paid him what I thought was fair , above and beyond the $700.00 cost of a one hour exclusive flight for two. He then harrassed us, called me on my honeymoon and called my wife. VERY DISRESPECTFULStay away from this business. Very unprofessional. Will overcharge, and he will NOT do what he says!Take your business elsewhere. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

We drove to the event from 2 counties away, about 2 hours then waited in line so my seven and four year old could ride the balloon at the Danville hot air balloon race. They were only taking passengers up 25 feet or so and bringing them back down, but still, it meant the world to my kids that they were going to get to ride in a hot air balloon. After waiting for over 40 minutes they decided that it was time to close up shop and stopped the line 3 people ahead of us. My kids were devastated. The even suckier part is they didn't really tell us what was going on. I had to go find out why the line wasn't moving any longer. I asked the staff why no one bothered to tell us earlier that they were going to close and leave the 40-ish people still in line in the same situation. They couldn't come up with a competent answer. A complete lack of courtesy is the only answer.
