Be careful on pickup orders! Site will automatically route your order through doordash, when you personality are picking it up. And you'll be charged extra. Aside from this issue, food is always good.

We loved ordering from here in the past but online service doesn't seem to be as friendly and the wait is crazy... over two hours tonight (it's a Monday). Not sure if they're short-staffed or just struggling.

The pizza was dry tasted A week old and it was really dry There was five family members and nobody really ate it. I am very Disappointed I had a option between you all and Donatos I guess I pick the wrong one.

It is once again Thursday night pizza night at my house. This time we ordered from Sir Pizza on Richmond Road. We got a large pizza with pepperoni, black olives and extra cheese and a order of cheese sticks. The pizza was delicious. It had plenty of cheese and it was layered with little pepperoni cubes. The pepperonis are like the ones that was on your school pizza in the 80's. The black olives were evenly spaced across the pizza. I enjoyed the flavor of the pizza because it was greasy and cheese. The cheese bread is basically a small cheese pizza. I'm not a fan of their cheese bread but the marainara that came with it had a pleasant taste. Overall my dinner was exactly was I was expecting for pizza night. I will definitely go back.

Maybe the worst pizza I've ever had anywhere -- including gas stations and truck stops. Most frozen pizzas beat this.

I like Sir Pizza and have been a long time fan. I always order the big size royal feast. I like the thin crust and all the toppings. Look for coupons for specials and discounts. I have ordered take out but not delivery.

Do NOT go to this one. I have ALWAYS loved Sir pizza. Tonight all I wanted was a bacon pizza and bowl of ranch. I order delivery, told him my order - a xlarge bacon pizza and bowl of ranch. The "manager" repeated my order back to me. I paid over the phone. Pizza was delivered in an hour. NO RANCH! (Ranch is a huge deal to me.. I love their bowls of ranch and refuse to eat their pizza without it). I call and the manager is not sympathetic in the least. Just keeps saying he didn't remember repeating it back to me and didn't charge me for it. Doesn't care at ALL that he messed up. I look at the pizza and it looks HORRIFIC! Hardly ANY CHEESE OR SAUCE and it looks as old and dry. I'm BEYOND disappointed. I was so looking forward to their bacon pizza and bowl of ranch, as it's my GO TO order for them. This is the first time I've ever had a problem and I'm truly disgusted at how it was handled with absolutely no care from the so called manager. Said he could ask the driver to maybe bring me a bowl of ranch after I have her a VERY NICE TIP. Not to mention her smoking a cigarette around my pizza in her car when she pulled up to my house I called back once I saw the condition of the pizza and once again he didn't even care and kept telling me he just took it out of the oven. He assumed no responsibility to any of the mess ups. Do not go to Richmond rd Sir pizza. I will be trying to contact the owner tomorrow ! Now I see why this sir pizza has such bad reviews.

This store has went to utter shit. It has been in business for decades and has always been my go-to for late night pizza. The junkies have ruined it. I overlook the dated building and the filth because typically the food used to be good. I order a small pepperoni pizza (there's hardly any sauce or cheese) it's just sad. So the last time I ordered I specifically asked for a side of ranch and a side of Parmesan cheese, I didn't get it. I call back today to place the same order and tell them I want a side of ranch and a side of Parmesan cheese, and that I didn't get it last time, and I don't care what it cost, but I want it. I didn't get it. I even asked the delivery driver if they have it and she said it's in the box. I didn't get it. Fire the drug addicts!!(order LaRosa, Sutton's, or Good Fellows)

I'll give three stars because of our previous visits . Have always had great service and the pizzas are always excellent. But, tonight was awful . The girl answering the phone is very rude , we also heard her on the phone with another customer being rude to them when we were picking ours up. A man working there was complaining about not getting any love from customers because they weren't tipping. The pizza was ok, but nothing like it usually is. I hope it's just a one time thing. Our visit was Saturday 11/13/21 around 630 pm

I tend to try to think the best of places and people. But I had to download this app just to give this review. I do deliveries for doordash and Uber and I have seen countless paying customers not ever get their pizza. One instant in which a fire fighter came up and asked for a refund since he never got his pizza and they said that they could not remake it or refund him. The only thing that I have seen more disgusting than their bathrooms and entire restaurant is the way employees and owner interact with customers. I have picked up from this restaurant 20+ times always thinking maybe they have turned it around. Nearly every time I am more and more baffled by how they treat people. Have some of the best pizza, I have no idea based off interactions with the owner. I will definitely never know - absolutely no way I would ever support a business like this and based off the wait I have for food already ordered, I would likely need to order a day in advance to get the food in a timely manner.
