Quick review:Starr is an amazing pastry chef & business owner. If you're reading this then you're in the market for her product and service. My advice? Look no further - she'll exceed your expectations.Longer Review:Starr (Owner of Simply Elegant Desserts) and her sister Nancy (Owner of Nancy's Tasteful Cakes) are not only brilliant at what they do, but they carry that same patience, class and passion with them into every facet of the business.Take it from my wife and I, its not too often that we give up control to just anyone. In the case of our wedding cake and desserts, we were able to rest assured knowing that they understood our vision and 'by golly' did they deliver!

Starr created the cake and mousse bombs for our wedding and they were AMAZING!! The mousse bombs were two flavors 1) chocolate and 2) lemon with a raspberry base and the guests raved about them. It was a super hot day, but Starr made sure nothing melted in transport to the venue. Furthermore, working with Starr was easy and she had a lot of insight into what would work best for us given the number of guests we had and what we wanted. We looked into cupcakes, cookies, etc. But the mousse bombs were truly unique and delicious.
