Shogun Express

This place was amazing! Beautiful restaurant, everything new and shiny. And the food was fantastic. Bathrooms very clean. Will definitely be back!

Express isn't what it used to be! The Fairview location is way better. They forgot one of our bowls and sauces we had paid for. Staff was quick to give us a new bowl. Teriyaki was no where to be found on chicken

Food was hot and exactly like I ordered. Ready on time and the staff were very polite!! Definitely going back!!

The employees were so rude. I called and asked if I could get sushi with no rice. The girl who answered the phone put the phone down and preceded to make fun of me to the other employees. Word to the wise, if you're going to talk bad about customers PUT THEM ON MUTE. If I hadn't promised my son Miso soup I would have hung up. We will NEVER eat here again. I could understand if I had asked them to add something to the food, but to leave something off? You can't just not add it? Have you tried talking to your hands, and telling them not put it on there? How is it any different than leaving pickles off a burger??? The rice is on the OUTSIDE of the roll. It's not rocket science.

Disappointed because their sit down place is better. Too pricey for what they give you. I think Bushido is better!

This is not good! They disguise their food with names like "bowl" and "bento box" but don't be fooled this is not Asian cuisine! I got a teriyaki Beto box and a combo bowl. Half the meat was inedible it was so tough, who ever prepared that should have know it was a bad cut of meat. The vegetable were horrible .. if I did not know better it's like they fried up a frozen pack of summer veg from the grocery store... potatoes? Crinkle cut carrots? There was nothing i was served that I would associate with good food. Anyone who gave this 5 stars can not be trusted!

We go this as takeout a while back. It was pretty good. Lots of flavor but a little greasy but what you would expect from a tepenyaki grill.

First I would like to say the delivery was quick, I order 3 different things. Barbecue spareribs, bang bang chicken, and eggrolls. The chicken was soggy and cold. My barbecue spareribs with fried rice. Was nasty the rice was dry and old, the ribs were cold and 95% fat. The egg rolls where delicious. The only thing worth Having.

Food was great! Customer service was on point. Restaurant was clean and there was a nice atmosphere. Will be back!

I walked into a promising place to eat that I've never been to. I ordered from the counter where two guys were standing. Didn't welcome me in what so ever, zero recommendations. I actually was the first person to talk. I wish I could get me 3$ tip back. The portions were small for 15$ and a drink totaling over 20$. The entire time I sat and ate the tiny bowl of rice , a few pieces of steak and shrimp the gentleman in the picture scrolled on his phone and didn't look up one time as other customers walked in the door. I don't k ow how these guys stay open with the poor service from entry to exit. I don't normally write reviews on yelp but this experience was a complete JOKE. Could be a nice place if these guys had proper training or were replaced with people who understand customer service/ experience. I would not recommend this place what so ever.
