Sherrilli’s Pizzeria

The pizza was so good! The crust had a garlicky crust that was amazing. We ordered at the counter and that person was so helpful since it was our first time there. It is pretty much a self service place, but that was ok with me. The phones and the people coming in while we were was a lot!

We stopped by for the buffet. As far as service it was top notch. Employees were polite and made a few pizzas with toppings we liked. Food was great. Pizza was hot and delicious. My only complaint was the obnoxious amount of flies we had to deal with while eating and landing on other parts of buffet (salad) which we chose to avoid.

I cannot wait to go back to Sherrilli's Pizzeria! This was our first time eating at Sherrilli's and we had THE BEST experience.We ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza with garlic sauce for take-out. FYI they only make thin crust pizza, which wasn't an issue for us because that's what we were wanting. The staff was super nice. We talked with the owner while we waited on our pizza - he was very helpful and told us about the history of the place. The pizza was so flavorful! Sherrilli's is definitely a top amongst the top for best pizza in the area and it definitely claims the spot for best thin crust pizza in the area. If you have a chance to go run, don't walk.

Criminally underrated pizzeria that's a must-try for fans of the "Indiana Cracker Crust" style. I occasionally stopped by when it was still known as "Sir Dano's," and in my opinion, it has only gotten better since the rebranding. This is especially true of the dining area; it was previously as hole-in-the-wall as it gets, but is now charming, surprisingly spacious and still manned by nice folks.The crust is a bit thicker than the usual tavern crust pizza and the flavor has a cornmeal undercurrent to it. It takes some getting used to, but once it clicks, it feels like a eureka moment and is truly addictive. It helps that it reheats extremely well and the toppings are great across the board (I highly recommend the deluxe pizza for this reason - not a weak topping in the bunch). As for the rest of the menu, Sherrilli's also boasts some of my favorite breadsticks in the area and a stromboli that compares favorably to Pizza King's, though it can't quite touch Mazerella's. The baked spaghetti is hearty comfort food, a terrific value and comes with a couple of those manna-from-Heaven breadsticks. The chicken wings are pretty negligible and you'd be better off exploring the rest of the menu, though the Sherrill's Gold sauce isn't half-bad.For maximum effect, swing by here on a cold winter day and get a booth in the back; it's toasty and a bit rustic, and Sherrilli's really shines under those conditions. You can't go wrong with a pie here any time of the year, though. They're also stalwarts on Groupon, just sayin'!

Delicious pizza and great menu!Highly recommend!The low-down....Ever since Robert and his family took over Sir Danos from the previous family owners, things have been getting even better, if that's even possible.People are lucky to have the previous owners pass down the exact same recipes to Robert to use now. The best recipes ever. Squarely The Best, for a reason!With today's pandemic issues that ALL restaurants and services are dealing with, I'd say having a slight wait on "Way Out Wednesdays" or "BOGO half off" nights are going to be EXPECTED, everywhere. My suggestion to this is... pick it up yourself.The buffet is hot and delicious and the other items on the menu are above average in taste and size.It is so worth it to make Sherrilli's your next go to lunch or dinner choice. If there is an unfortunate issue, let them know and they will fix it or make it right!! Hey, it happens. It's only pizza, don't let it ruin your day

Great pizza! Ordered the deluxe and pepperoni/sausage, plus a cookie! In-laws here to help a project and they loved it too! Also, they ate all of the cookie! Lol!Ready promptly after ordering night before hand. Love love love!

We have ordered from this establishment more than a dozen times. And every time there is an issue. This time was the last! They allow you to place an online order, however I called after an hour and the order was still on the computer and hadn't even been made! So what's the point of ordering online if it doesn't work and I just have to call anyway?!?! Terrible service, every time!
