Serafini Italian restaurant was just about fabulous My husband had a small plate macaroni and shrimp out of this world , I had the ravioli with lobster bisque sauce and we split a ceaser salad ... the dressing to die for.What topped the evening off was our wonderful, sweet and knowledgeable server named Alex she made us feel like family.Thank you Alex for making my birthday.Stephanie from Michigan

We were in the area visiting some distilleries and this restaurant was highly rated, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the food didn't come anywhere close to the hype. My wife and I both ordered the tenderloin medallions and although my wife ordered hers med-med well, it was cooked so much that it was dry. I ordered mine rare, and it was ok temperature wise, but the potatoes it was served on top of tasted like they were cooked the day before and were cold to boot. (My wife had the same problem) I also ordered a wedge salad and it had several areas of "rust" on the lettuce (no it wasn't the balsamic) that were off putting. At the price point they have positioned themselves, this is simply unacceptable.

Excellent food and service. Great spot for a date night, business dinner, or special occasion.Jared provided amazing service and recommendations.This place is popular so definitely make a reservation. Dim lighting set the ambiance in the evening. Classy decor. White linen tablecloths. I loved my lasagna! I highly recommend. One of the best I've had.My boyfriend enjoyed his salmon.The Caesar salad was good, but not amazing. The presentation was lovely but the dressing was a bit bland. I had the chocolate ganache cake for dessert. Again, good, but not amazing. Pretty dense.Tasty cocktails too. I had a Drunken Blueberry and an aperol spritz. Again, very good, but I wouldn't say amazing.Overall, a great experience.

We had an amazing dinner at Serafini. Food was great. Drink list was amazing. Service was outstanding. We will be back.

Food is subpar. Tastes like it has been reheated and made days prior. The service is so so. I'm not sure how they are staying in business. They used to have great food and a fun atmosphere, not anymore.

Well.. what a great little place! Loved the staff, so friendly and our server, Darby, was the best! Coming to Frankfort from California so, of course I HAD to have the "Hot Brown" and it was just TOO GOOD! Finished off with what coulda been the best lemon cake I've ever had.. I'd say if you're in downtown Frankfort, you have to eat here..

We tried this place recently for dinner and were unfortunately disappointed. The restaurant has a lot of potential, but came up short. The bruschetta appetizer was tasty. But they didn't clear the appetizer or plates until the meal was over. The Kentucky hot brown burger was enjoyable. My wife's steak however was not. She ordered the filet, medium. She had to ask for a steak knife, which she definitely needed the way it was cooked. It came out medium-well, but the flavor was like roast beef. Very dry and pot-roast like. I'm not sure it would have tasted much better if it were cooked correctly. Red-velvet cake was just ok. Unfortunately, we would look for another dinner option when we decide to visit the area in the future.

Beautiful place. Clean. Friendly staff. Good drinks. They need to pay more attention to the food. I ordered the Goat cheese and apple salad, with added salmon. It was a pile of lettuce, a little apple, goat cheese was MIA. They didn't ask what temp i wanted my salmon, I guess well done dried out Atlantic salmon is a culinary go to. Big disappointment for the money.

When we entered the door we were rudely met with Do you have a Reservation? We did not, but well over half the restaurant was empty. After 10-15 minutes we were sat in front of the bathrooms. Our waitress was sweet, the food was really good and out quickly. We would definitely goBack, but would sure call for a reservation.

We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I called to make a same day reservation and was told I did not need one. However, when we showed up a guy greeted us with "do you have a reservation?" When I responded no he scurried us to the bar to sit where he would take care of us. We started walking there and I turned around and said no thank you - I'd like a table (plenty were available) and was told I didn't need a reservation. He then told me to go to the bar. At that point we almost walked out. A lady saw our frustration and came over to help. Walked us back to the host station and asked who I spoke with. I didn't know her name but she said she would serve us instead. Lilly ended up being a pleasure waitress! We both got pasta meals - they were decent.
