Savvy Home Supply did an awesome job on my kitchen remodel last week. The entire process was very easy and smooth. Jon drew up the estimate and plan, helped me pick out materials that would go well together, and his team made it a quick install and cleaned up everyday when they were done. They also communicated very well and kept me in the loop on when they would be out for the install and got the job done in the timeline they gave me. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel you are thinking about having done.

I have been working with this company for over a month in attempts to have counters installed in my home. At this point, I am almost certain that they were trying to take advantage of me and receive money for services not performed. They initially ask for me to send photos and a layout of my kitchen, which I did. They then provided me with a quote. I was told I needed to sign the quote in order for them to schedule someone coming out to my house to take final measurements and make a template. I signed the quote, and emailed it right over to them. A few days later, I get an email stating that I have to come into the office to sign a color copy of the quote. Seems it is "company policy". I have my husband go over to sign the quote after work, and lo and behold, they aren't even there! I email them asking where they were, oh a "job site emergency". So my husband goes the next day and is finally able to sign the QUOTE mind you.The quote we signed says "Payment Terms: 60% Deposit Upon Order | 30% payment upon delivery | 10% or balance upon completion Check or Cash | Add 3% convenience fee for credit cards." Cool. I am looking over the blue print image on my quote, and notice a large portion of counter that does not correspond to anywhere in my kitchen. I email them and ask what it is and why its included. Their response is that it was on what I initially provided them. Um, no it wasn't. But I ask, I say well when the crew comes out to measure; this additional piece should disappear seeing as how it is not in my kitchen, correct? The response is "of course". I say, that should then greatly change the amount of my quote then, correct? "Yes, it will and we will provide you an updated quote once our team takes measurements." Great, everything is cool! Well they call me and set up a time for the installation team to come out and make a template and final measurements. They come, and its literally just a guy with a piece of paper and a measuring tape. That's exactly what I sent the people for the quote. OK, so no biggie, maybe Im expecting too much. So that was on Monday that he came out. I ask him, "whats next". He says he will go out and draw up the final template, provide it to the office and they will get me a final invoice for the job probably by the end of the day. Well, I never receive that. I email them the next day asking for the invoice, and suddenly they start asking for 60% of the balance. The balance of what? The quote you provided me that was inaccurate because of an addition that does not exist? Why would I give you 60% of a quote? Not a final job price? I ask for an invoice, they tell me they already sent me one. Even if you did, I am the customer, send another! They continue to tell me that they stretched the rules in having the guy come out and measure without me paying 60%. Is this for real? People actually pay you 60% of a quote before they even have you come out? Then in later correspondence, they bring up again that I never paid before the measurements, nor did I pay when he came out to do the measurements. Never once did anyone tell me I would need to have cash on hand that day. The lady who called and scheduled it, nor the guy who came and measured. It was NEVER mentioned. They keep on and on about us giving them 60%. I keep asking, 60% of what? You haven't given me any final pricing information. Yesterday I tell them, once you provide me the invoice, I am happy to have my husband come by with the money. I never receive said invoice. So this morning, I email them first thing, hey, you got that invoice so I can pay you? Again they go back to, we already gave you one. I say again, well I need another one, and I need it adjusted since the measurements were taken. Finally I get one. I say OK (thinking that wasn't that hard now was it?), we will be there about 3pm today for payment. Please ensure someone is there to collect the payment and provide a receipt. What do I receive back? An email stating "Our project manager has reviewed this and decided not to take this job." Are you serious? This has been over a month since my first contact with them, you have been hounding me for money for a week now, and now that I say I want a receipt, you suddenly don't want the job? This is insane!I almost feel like they were trying to take us for our money. Their quote contains a "contract" on the back, which is very wordy and oddly written. I honestly believe that this company is looking to take peoples money and charge them for services they never intend to perform. I now have a kitchen with no counters on it, which is great because I have several events I will be hosting in the next few months. Let alone, the task of trying to cook in my own home over the next month while I work to find a new company. I have literally wasted over a month with Savvy Home Supply, and had we not been so demanding of knowing what we were paying for, I could quite possibly be out over $2,000 right now. It all seems very stra

They did a great job. If u want a cookie cutter design go to HD or Lowes. They do good work as well. On the other hand if u want something unique Saavy will get it done for ya. Very happy with the quality as well. Also very competitive price wise. Will have them back soon to do our master bath.

Savvy Home Supply recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel project in my old Victorian in the Highlands, and I am thrilled with the results.Savvy's owner, Jon, worked diligently to incorporate the appliances, cabinetry, finishes and lighting fixtures selected by my wife into our budget. Because of the age of the house, extensive leveling was required to turn the "skateboard park" floor into a more usable surface. The Savvy crew worked cleanly and professionally to turn a worn out kitchen with an attached large bathroom into a bright, white modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a hidden powder room.I highly recommend Savvy Home Supply. The process was easy and the Savvy people were very professional, from setting the price, developing the layout and design, installing our new rooms from the bare studs, right up to final turnover. My wife cannot believe how Savvy managed to meet her expectations, on-time and under budget.

We love these people! And love, love, love all of our renovations that were done by Savvy Home Supply. The men and women at Savvy, took our 60 year old home down to the studs in two bathrooms and the master closet. They did up-dates in other rooms, and installed ceiling fans and closet organizers, as well as opening up our kitchen and bringing our laundry up to first floor. Our home went from being very dated and in need of electrical and plumbing updates to an "oh, so comfortable" vacation home we get to live in every day!
