Luxury comfort! Rose Hill Inn is top tier when it comes to their excellence in service and quality of amenities. Robin & Rachel along with their staff made my stay to be very comfortable and with noting lacking. I had everything I needed in my suite, amazing linens, robe, snacks, water and other drinks. Made to order breakfast, selection to choose from the day before. Food quality was on point, always ready when we arrived. Quick walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rose Hill Inn this past week while visiting Versailles. Robin, one of the owners of Rose Hill Inn, greeted us upon arrival and was so nice and welcoming. We stayed in the King Suite, which was very roomy, had a comfy bed and a great shower! There was also a little fridge in the room, which had bottled water in it, a Keurig single serve coffee maker with an assortment of flavors to choose from, and snacks. The Inn is 200 years old and is beautiful. It was nice to sit on the front porch or on the back patio in the evening and relax after a long day of eating, drinking and shopping on the Bourbon Trail : ) We also got to meet Robin's husband Sean who waited on us on a few mornings when we were having one of the amazing breakfasts they served. Rachel, Robin's daughter was also a awesome host and was great to talk to about what to do and see in the area. Our stay at the Inn was wonderful - like a home away from home. We were relaxed there and always felt welcomed by our three hosts. Almost forgot to mention Meredith, who was also great to talk to! If you want a beautiful place to stay where you will be comfortable, welcomed, and served an amazing breakfast everyday (Rachel's pumpkin pancakes were sooooo good), then Rose Hill Inn should be your choice. Thanks again Robin, Sean, Rachel and Meredith. You made our stay at Rose Hill Inn a memorable one.

Our 2nd visit to the Rose Hill Inn and it IS our place to stay anytime we are near Lexington. The bed and sheets are beyond comfortable; so comfortable we bought a set of sheets and so did my brother and sister-in-law! We commentated many times how the Rose Hill Inn was the highlight of trip. We will be back for sure! The family was warm and inviting; you will NOT regret staying here!

Lovely bed & breakfast in a historical inn right in the small downtown area. Both the bed and the breakfast were great. We were quite weary after a long day of riding through Kentucky and received a delightful welcome. We stayed in "Julia's Room" which had a super high canopy bed and enough room for all our motorcycle gear. The proprietors are history buffs, happy to tell you the story of their Inn. It's also right around the corner from a good down south restaurant call Clevland's (40 bourbons to choose from).

Located about 7 miles from Keeneland, a very comfortable place to stay. Stayed in the "cottage" which has everything you need. Quiet, relaxing, a huge hot tub/jacuzzi, and clean. Versailles is a quiet little place but we spent the day at the track. The breakfast was excellently prepared and served by the owners.

We enjoyed one night in the King Suite. Besides being clean, they had a super comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. They thought of the little things - water bottles, extra water, some snacks and other drinks, glasses for different beverages (mugs, stemless wine, water, and other), to go coffee cups, different coffee and hot beverage options, just nice to have these available if desired. Small bags of ice. The refrigerator in our room was nice. I can tell they have taken great care in deciding how to decorate and how they want to care for the guests. You should enjoy your stay here for sure.

You won't be disappointed in your stay! Such a wonderful experience added to our first bourbon trail experience. The owners have thought of everything. The bed and linens are amazing. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was nothing short of delicious. Can't wait to come back and spend more time hearing stories and enjoying this beautiful property.

This inn is a work in progress and the progress so far is magnificent! The house is historical, enormous and beautiful. New owner and daughter - Rachel and Robin are doing a great job renovating this manor house which is filled with history and stories dating back to the Civil War days. We stayed in the Library Suite which was much larger than expected! A full size living/sitting room with fireplace, books and snacks, a huge bedroom with 4-poster king bed luxurious sheets and a very large bathroom with plenty of room to spread out all of our belongings. Attention to detail assures that all the comforts of home are covered. Breakfast was plentiful - we opted for the pancake breakfast which came with three large fluffy pancakes, 2 slices of bacon and fruit cup, juice, tea or coffee. YUM! Great location! Very friendly comforting hosts! We are definitely planning a return trip! Jim and Suzie from Georgia.
