I can't enough amazing things about this place. Seriously. Everything was top notch. Gorgeous. Authentic. Historic. Hospitality at its finest. One of the best places in all of the world I've ever had the pleasure to spend a few days. Bev makes an amazing breakfast. And the wine and cheese hour at 4pm is wonderful. I will be back here as many times as I can.

What an amazing place! My wife and I throughly enjoyed this wonderful and historic bed and breakfast set on the banks of the Ohio River. The rooms were gorgeous, the grounds fabulous with outstanding views of the Ohio River, and the inn keeper Nancy Works was the most gracious host we have ever encountered. Nancy's stories fascinated us, the grounds of the 1869 house spoke to us as we explored, the Tulip Room embraced us in its luxurious arms, and the morning breakfast nourished us in a most satisfying way. We will be back, and we wholeheartedly recommend this special place to anyone and everyone.

Awesome B&B! So beautiful serene and picturesque! Great communication from start to finish not to mention the super clean, well-maintained property. The breakfast included in the price was fabulous. We really appreciated the afternoon sweets! Can't say enough great things about Amanda and her team - true professionals!

We stayed at the Inn after a Saturday of touring small wineries and tastings. The first impression after turning into the drive is worthy of a post card. We stopped the car and took a picture. Mandy and her Inn Keeper (embarrassed I cannot remember her name) greeted us at the door and told us to make ourselves at home. The Inn is immaculate and reflects the period in which it was build. They showed us the original kitchen which took us back to the 1860's. The rear of the Inn is as impressive as the front. The view of the river is serene and relaxing from morning to night. There are multiple areas to view the river but our favorite was a bench swing on a slight knoll under a tree. Champaign with the moon at night, coffee and sunrise in the morning. We stayed in the Oak Room on the first floor. Very comfortable and beautifully furnished with a walk in shower, robes and slippers. There is a board room in the inn and a screened in gazebo with a full grill out by the river. At 4:30 we were served wine and cheese while we had the opportunity to meet the other guests. Mandy gave me the recipe for the Swiss cheese and bacon dip. I only hope mine turns out like hers. I wanted to eat it with a spoon. Making new friends over breakfast, coffee and juice was our last piece of enjoyment. We will be back.

The 4 of us from the SF Bay Area were fortunate to make reservations at one of the finest B & B' s we have ever experienced. Nancy, the innkeeper, was very hospitable and a joy to have in our presence. The accommodations, location and breakfast were outstanding. We would stay there in a heartbeat again if we are on the Ohio River in Kentucky. Thank You Nancy for making our stay so memorable. Bob, Chris, Bob & Judy
