I have seen Dr. Cummins for several things over the years. I have also been a member of his VIP Program, which I love (treatments monthly, b12 shots, and just things here and there to spoil myself. I have found he and his staff to be competent, friendly, and very customer service oriented. I set an appointment to do a vampire facial. The procedure itself was easy. Dr. Cummins and Dawn explained everything step by step, from numbing my face to what to expect when I left. I was so scared walking in, because it's the most invasive thing I have done. It was so easy. Dawn immediately set my expectations and calmed me. The entire process went smoothly. I am so impressed with the results. My face is brighter, my skin clearer, and the discoloration is gone. Thank you Dr. Cummins. I trust your eye, and your judgement on exactly what I need without overdoing.

Very professional and helpful in every way! The laser skin tightening is amazing and even helps with acne. I am so happy with every service Dr Brad provides and am so pleased with the results. The RN that assisted in the process, Dawn, went a long waytowards making sure all my questions were answered and that i was comfortable. It's always nice when people genuinely care.

I am not one to typically take the time to seek out a business and submit a review, but the great service, results and value pricing inspired me to do just that for this company. Dawn was top notch in every way. I never had the feeling I was being sold something I didn't need and have loved the results of the treatments I recieved. Good honest people are always refreshing to do business with. Don't look any further for your laser needs - they meet and exceed all expectations.

I would not recommend using this business. I had used their service a few years ago and received a recent email advertising the availability of HCG daily injections for weight loss. I called to get a price for the HCG. They quoted me a $199 price and then said I would need to see Dr Cummins for a brief visit. I specifically asked it that would cost an additional fee and was told it would NOT. I scheduled my appointment for the following day. I spent about 10 mins with Dr Cummins where he offered me additional services, which I declined. When I was checking out they told me it would be $80 more than I had been told. I disputed that amount and they said it was for the weight loss program I signed up for. I explained that I did not sign up for a plan. I only picked up the vial of HCG and syringes. They stood firm on the additional fee so I paid it because I was ready to get started using the HCG and did not want to find another provider because that had become difficult. Turns out the same thing happened to an acquaintance but she left the HCG and walked out. If that wasn't a bad enough experience, I'm convinced what they sold me wasn't even HCG or it had been diluted. I have used HCG a couple of previous times over the past 5 years when I wanted to lose 10-15lbs and am very familiar with the HCG diet and what to expect with results. The key with HCG is a very low calorie diet but you aren't hungry because of the HCG. I was starving the entire time with the HCG from Dr Cummins and have never before experienced that. I also only lost a fraction of the weight I had previously lost despite following the same strict meal plan (a meal plan that I received from the previous physician I used to get the HCG because Dr Cummins didn't even give a meal plan to follow). The place where I had previously gotten the HCG no longer carries it because they told me it was no longer available. I was surprised that Dr Cummins said he had it and I should have been skeptical. As you may know, HCG is the pregnancy hormone and other providers have given a pregnancy test with the vial so you can test it's authenticity. I decided to test it after becoming suspicious. Nope! No positive test results despite putting the HCG directly onto the test strip. I will not return to this business and suggest you be cautious. I think I was not only duped on the cost but didn't get what I paid for. Beware if you go there.

Joined VIP Club. Did not feel safe getting services during pandemic, because I don't want to remove my mask for an extended time in a room where others have had their masks off. They would not freeze my membership, but continued to charge me each month. Then, I would have to try to catch up my services before my annual membership expires, or lose it. I was told I could keep carrying over the credits, but only if I continue my membership and pay the $100+ each month. Based on the length of the pandemic, and my busy personal schedule, I will never catch up, and would have to keep paying indefinitely. I chose to lose several hundred dollars, in order not to have to keep renewing and never get caught up. I do not have time to get services more than once a month, when my time is limited after work, anyhow. For them not to freeze my membership charges is very cold, since the pandemic is nobody's fault.
