Rent A Tent

Very last minute event. They had everything we needed, tents, dance floor, tables and chairs. They were quick with set up and removal. Very professional, we will use again! Thank you!

Poor overall customer service. The young men, Nick and his team were the only good things about this experience. They were professional, timely and communicative.Things to beware of:1. They are not based in Louisville, so when you ask them to meet the Louisville metro permit requirements they basically say it's not their problem. But if you are a contractor and the city permit requires your tent to be 20' from structures and parked cars and they ask for a site map, wouldn't you want to see the site? Evidently not because Katie's (the wife) response was, we don't do site maps, all they need are the tent schematics.' I sent her the email from the city. They hand drew a site map without seeing the location.2. Katie is very rude. She seems stressed out and over worked. She didn't want to fill out the city permit information that ONLY THEY KNOW. I can't speak on fire retardant aspects of the tent material, only they can. So I needed her cooperation. She begrudgingly did it after 2 emails. 3. Torrie the daughter in law is much more professional. 4. I asked if I could have a general time when the tent would be set up so I could plan my day since I was planning our family reunion and had several errands to run and they require you to be at the site. I very much understand needing to be at the site but they can't event give you an 8 hour window? Can't say if it's going to be before 9 AM? That to me screams 'we have no plan so deal with whatever you get.' 5. Just know you are getting the bare minimum. And if Katie handles your emails and calls, you will get an attitude on top of that. 6. The city metro informed me there are other tent companies with the same pricing with much better service so I will definitely shop around next time. I will not use them again nor recommend them.
