Ask for the Chinese-Chinese menu. The food is not Americanized. May not be for everyone. You have to ask for it. But the selection is so much more authentic!

Still pretty good. Nice variety. Fast service. Not formal. Easy access. Small place.Now for sentences with more than two words. I've never been disappointed here. It's not fine or classical dining. No serious booths and cushions. The price is about market for downtown Bloomington. What I really like: nicely done. You want a conversation? You can hear yourself think. No heavy bar or boozers. Fair prices for a good selection of stuff; the portions are pretty good. It's not truly amazing or top-of-class. You'll eat well anyway. Very unpretentious. If you don't need to be schmoozed, coddled, or gushed over, go here. The food's fine.

Food is best taste like the name says. They need to package all do go orders in containers that don't leak though!

Had three delicious items (beef Hor fun, hot n Spicy Chicken and Crab Rangoon.) Hot and spicy chicken was delicious (warning though, you may find it too salty. I'm a saltaholic so I loved it.) Overall, all three items were delicious.

Just threw out most of my delivery. The third star is for the spring rolls, which were good. The Kung Pao pork was so greasy I could barely eat anything but the vegetables. Sorry to give a bad review but there were several pieces of meat that were literally nothing but fat. The whole dish tasted mostly of grease. Poor prep work in the kitchen. Last time I order from here (and I have eaten here and ordered from here before and enjoyed it).

Have been here twice now and decided to go ahead and write a review. First time I went was during the week for lunch. The restaurant was busy and we had the lunch special. It was tasty and I was eager to come back and try another dish. Went back on a Sunday during lunch. The restaurant was empty. Not a great sign, but we decided that it was a fluke. Ordered a noodle dish and chicken with broccoli. No lunch specials on the weekend, which is not a surprise. The noodle dish was bland and the chicken with broccoli was not very good either. Maybe it is a different cook on the weekend? No fortune cookies brought with our check (we did get fortune cookies on our previous visit). Disappointed because we liked this place on our first visit. With so many choices for Chinese food in Bloomington, doubt we will try Best Taste again. Besides the not great food, the interior of the place is just tired and sad looking. Could easily overlook that if the food was better.

Had a great experience eating here! The food was delicious and very Fresh. I was tended to very quickly and everyone there was so kind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality Chinese food and service!

Great place to get food in Bloomington for pickup! Always get the spicy chicken and the service and overall speed is amazing.

Very authentic Chinese food, especially Sichuan dishes. This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in town.

Ordered spring rolls, crab ragoons, teriyaki mushrooms, beef with mushrooms, sesame chicken, wantons, sesame balls, chicken on a stick, pork egg rolls and fried rice.The spring rolls are awesome. Pork egg rolls were nasty. Took one bite and spit it out. Crab ragoons are really good so was their beef and mushrooms.Chicken on a stick I've had better. It was edible tho. Their fried rice is a big pass. Just say no. Sesame chicken was different than what we normally get. Even tho it looked different from our usual place. The sauce was gooey but was really good. Our usual Chinese place is golden China. I think we will stick to them. Over all edible but nothing to write home about.
