I finally made it & this placed exceeded my expectations! I placed an order online at work & went to pick it up on my lunch break. Parking was super easy. The front door oddly was really heavy (heavy enough to make me think the door was locked). So if you run into this problem, just keep pulling!The store was very clean & very well organized. My order was ready when I arrived. I told the guy behind the counter that this was my first time here so he went over everything with me from their special weekly menu, prepped orders, the summer menu, and more. I specifically chose to place my order on a Thursday because their prepped meals are 50% off (as they are set to expire the following day). I had the pork carnitas bowl. It blew me away. It was super fresh. The pork was tender & juicy & just tasted incredible. The entire bowl was full of flavor. The portion size was great too. Since the carnitas were a part of their weekly specials I will def be back this weekend to get another bowl before it's gone. I also got the the Turkey Chorizo Breakfast Bowl & ate it the next morning at work. Incredible! So full of flavor. & still delicious even though it had been made a week ago. The portion size was perfect too. I also got a cup of the Cashew Curry & had it tonight for dinner. I highly recommend it. It had a nice spice level to it but one that just lingers in a way that you can continue to eat & enjoy. Perfect portion size again. And last but not least, we also got the Hawaiian Chicken Bowl which I had tonight. It comes with a yummy Gochujang BBQ sauce that is spicy. The bowl was fresh & flavorful. Because I had the soup beforehand, I have half of the bowl leftover. But I do believe this is the perfect portion size too. I cannot wait to order more food from here!

So I found these guys when I couldn't cook for myself as I was recovering from a chronic illness. Their food is PHENOMENAL, I've tried so many things, my coworkers always want what I'm eating and I've loved everything. So healthy and the best customer service. They know me by my first name now lol I love this place!!

Spent an entire day in a doctor's office getting allergy shots so I decided to Door Dash. This is my first eating here. I ordered Hawaiian bowl. Extremely tasty! You can actually make it your own way. I got the French potato salad and green beans for my side which was good as well. I'll be going here more often. Perfect amount of food.

I always want to meal prep for myself at home like my wife does, but I always find something to keep myself busy when I should be doing that such as yard work, hanging out with our 5 year old, etc. I always get emails for freshly and options like that. I decided to give a local version of that a shot for this week and I am impressed! With it being Monday, I obviously haven't had the full week worth of meals but the butternut squash quesadilla thing and peanut butter chocolate chip overnight oats have been good so far. The price point for me is perfect. It's a smidge less than what I pay for daily when I go out to eat but I don't have to cook it all myself, which is great for a busy lifestyle dude. You should definitely give them a shot! With a rotating menu weekly, I don't think I'll get bored and you shouldn't either.

I had the weekly special, Mayan Chicken Bowl, and it was great. I substituted tofu for the chicken and there was no additional charge. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. Great healthy food at a good price.Will definitely visit again.

They serve hot meals and refrigerated ready made meals to-go. These meals while a great value, are so much more. I got the cider braised chicken and the chicken was moist, it was a bowl with rice and broccoli, the carrots were pickled to add brightness and there were sweet potatoes and I think nuts? It was just such a well balanced meal, something I would never find the time to make at home on a weekday. For $10, you just can't beat it. I considered Hello Fresh, but you still have to make those meals! This brick n mortar store changes their menu weekly and have vegetarian soup/stew options daily as well as a soup with meat. I absolutely recommend eating here, let's keep this place in business.

After recommendations from a couple of friends, we went with Ready Set Prep'd this week for the 1st time. Cooking doesn't always fit into our schedules, and this is a great short cut. This week I had the White Chicken Chili, which is more of a soup than a chili in my view. Good stuff but I added jalapeno slices since I like it spicy. Oh, and there was zero shortage of chicken in this pint.The Chicken Marinara Zucchini Noodles may have been the best and most filling meal so far. The Jerk Pulled Chicken was another winner, and the Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla was also good, but a little spice would have been welcomed. The prices are really fair, and the concept works for us. This looks to become a weekly addition for work lunches and dinners at home without the hassle of cleanup.

Holy forking shirt balls. Fantastic experience. Such a wonderful family that produces exceptionally fresh food that packs some hefty flavor. I mean this place slaps hard. Recommend 10/10. I got the chicken taco bowl. Everything was so fresh and the chicken was not a bit dry, so moist and flavorful. One addition I would make is to add an option for fresh jalapeños. Besides that it is fireee. We also got the pb&j balls for desert and they were delightful. This place just does service right. I'll be back.

Needed a new healthy eating joint after the closing of CoreLife in Clarksville. This place was the right choice. The food is exquisitely made. Beautiful presentation. I ordered the taco bowl. My order was ready to be picked up within 10 minutes of placing it which is perfect if you're on a lunch break. I can't stress enough how well the food tasted and how fulfilling it was. You can pay $10 for a Big Mac meal or pay $10 for well crafted food that's good for your body! Will be coming back to this establishment to try something new.

Came across this place online and had to try it. Always happy to see restaurants that serve fresh, healthy food in the area. I ordered the Beet and Blood Orange salad and fruit cup for lunch. It was very unique and delicious. I will say it was on the small side, especially being $10, but the quality and freshness of the ingredients made it just about worth it. The fruit salad was fine, nothing mind blowing (had apples, oranges, pineapple and grapes in it) but still tasty. The only negative was that the chopped oranges still had peels on them. Not exactly easy to eat, so I just didn't. I look forward to trying other items on the menu another time!
