The ambiance is always a good vibe. The service is amazing and friendly. And the food, fresh produce, smoothies are always fresh and delish. This is where you can come for your cbs needs, and almost any health need, they have a huge variety! I came for Canela's rapid growth oil for my mother! Her products have helped cancer patients grow hair! I support smaill businesss and of course black businesses. Rainbow blossom is and will always be my top small business to shop.

This little health food store has helped me out so many times, since I have food allergies and am vegan, and we live close by. When I lost my menstrual cup, they had the same one that I lost! And they had vegan turkey the week of Thanksgiving. Everyone is always kind. Vitamin staff has been helpful in several occasions. I love the fresh bread from Blue Dog and the local Kombucha. I have benefitted from the loyalty program too! And I like that the lights aren't too bright, some stores that are really heavily lit with fluorescents are irritating to my eyes. The prices are higher than Whole Foods or Kroger, but I don't mind too much. And I love their paper bags, we use them to collect our recycling.

Awesome store! Such a cool abundance of actual clean items and not foods advertised as "healthy". Grab a smoothie on your way through, I recommend the cherry pie so delish!

I go into the store at least once a week. My big issue is inadequate prices. I consistently get the same products and the advertised price is often not what I'm charged. I have complained several times and basically nothing has changed. Therefore my $50 to $80 a week is going elsewhere.

Rainbow Blossom is the curated, small market that makes grocery shopping enjoyable. Rather than getting into the grocery store and having the first thing that comes across my mind be my grocery list and game plan for finding everything without having to double-back, I come into Rainbow Blossom and look forward to discovering the items in each aisle because, chances are, I can't find them elsewhere. Rainbow Blossom balances great local products with quality products made elsewhere. Recently, I went into Rainbow Blossom hoping to find some local products to go into a gift bag for a foodie friend. The clerk took the time to take me around and show me some options. I had my gift prepared in about five minutes.Their produce always looks fresh and delicious, which says something considering the great majority is farmed organically, without artificial pesticides or fertilizers. (At other groceries, I've found the organic sections to be the most full of flies -- not so here.) The prices are a bit steeper than your typical grocery, but that's to be expected considering Rainbow Blossom is like a smaller, local version of a Whole Foods. This location also has a small gifts section -- also a godsend when I've been in a crunch to find a birthday gift while grocery shopping -- and a Life Bar. It's been so refreshing to peruse while enjoying a nutritious smoothie. It also has a community room, which it lends out to community groups. I only wish it was a bit bigger, like its St. Matthews location. Rainbow Blossom takes the "health market" part of its name seriously, and I appreciate that. I need to shop there more often.

I love Rainbow Blossom! They have an awesome selection of natural, organic, and local products. The stores are always clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have attended yoga at this Highlands location in the past, and it's always been great! They have a large space upstairs for the sessions, and the instructors have always been extremely easy to follow, and helpful with modifications. If you're looking for an awesome place for natural, organic, or local groceries, drinks, or toiletries, this Rainbow Blossom is definitely the place to shop!

I've been wanting to stop by this store for awhile now, and today I finally did. First off, the employees are so friendly! They were quick to greet my family and I, and helped me find something I was searching for. The cashier offered my son a Mickey Mouse sticker at checkout, and I think that's such a nice gesture. They carry an amazing selection of gluten free, vegan and allergy friendly foods. They also have an array of natural hair products, deodorants, and beauty products. They also carry essential oils.I bought a few Annie food products, but I can't wait to go back and purchase a dream catcher. (they really caught my eye)

They are always kind! Every time I come here whether looking for a specific reason or to just peruse they are helpful. This time they walked with me to find the item I was looking for and made sure it was what I wanted. They even helped me find some cbd oil gummies and other edibles. FYI for anyone looking for that kind of thing. I will be back many many more times!

The smoothie I had was amazing! I went back the next day to try a smoothie bowl and it was good, but not great. I felt it was lacking flavor and melted quickly (although checkout did take some time, so maybe that's to blame.) Ps You can pay with card right at the blossom bar, but if you want to pay with cash, they can print out a ticket and you can pay at the cashier, which is what I did.
