Love me some Kind Bars, but they are so expensive at other retail stores. Not at Rainbow blossom. So I stocked up on those and got some candies ginger for my upset stomach. They have a variety of items for anyone who suffers gluten and other food allergies. Produce is locally sourced and I appreciate local business supporting each other.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a problem or are looking for a remedy, they will do all they can to help you. Forgot pictures so these are from online photos. Stop by and just browse a a bit. I bet you find something that strikes your fancy and will not leave empty handed.

A welcoming atmosphere that provides exceptional mom and pop brands (in addition to local) to the public. Rainbow Blossom was around before health food stores became a trend. The owner, Summer, believe in the mission of healing the body through food and plants. She also believes in a more sustainable future. Brava!

Greeting customers as they enter is a customer service best practice. Unfortunately, the two associates working this afternoon were too enthralled in their own conversation to acknowledge my husband and I as we walked in and around the store. We were the ONLY customers in the store at the time. I had the pleasure of noticing that when the Non-POC customer came in, both of the associates gave a warm greeting and asked to be of assistance. Get it together, be consistent if nothing else. We will not be returning to this location.

My recent visits to this location of Rainbow Blossom have been most pleasant. I've been greeted immediately upon entering and asked if I needed help finding anything. The staff has been friendly and available without hovering. They still carry the items that I want and the store is always clean and tidy. This location is a little on the small side but they manage to stock a variety of items and avoid the sensation of being cramped. And, as always, Rainbow Blossom carries the products that I want to buy. Those products tend to be organic, healthy items that aren't available anywhere else. The produce is fresh and organic. You can get locally produced eggs and raw milk in the dairy case. The freezer is stocked with a plethora of healthy convenience foods like gluten-free frozen waffles, organic frozen burritos, and non-dairy ice cream. They even carry pet food. Rainbow Blossom is the only place that we can buy Evo brand cat food straight off the shelf. This location is much more convenient for me than the Louisville store. I'm glad that I don't have to make that journey for great service to go along with my great products.

OMG the soups are absolutely awesome & there's always something new in their sandwich/salad cases. The support staff are always super friendly and go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they are. It's an definitely a blessing to have such a healthy alternative in Southern Indiana.

If you live in New Albany and you want to buy organic groceries you have three basic choices; 1. Drive to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's in St. Matthews and hope you make it back across the bridge before your frozen food defrosts, 2. Kroger on State Street or 3. Rainbow Blossom. Of all of these choices the food at Rainbow Blossom is probably the most expensive. On average I've found many of their items to be about $1 to $2 more than at Kroger (for the same brand). However, the staff at Rainbow Blossom is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. For those who are new to a particular dietary lifestyle that extra customer service can be worth paying a little more for.

Pseudoscience crap mixed with some legit grocery items. I met the owner once and she didn't want to talk about the legitimacy of some items.

I've only been here twice, but left very satisfied both times. The first time I went to get some supplements. The manager helped me pick out what was right for my needs. The second time I just had to use their bathroom, but you have to walk by the soups to get there. Bathroom and soups smelled really good. Highly recommend.
