Such a wonderful, unique experience in Louisville! We returned this year to rent the 502 House for two days and paid for an event to celebrate my oldest graduating from high school. Day one with family, the second having a handful of friends to fill up the house that sleeps 10 people. The 502 House has plenty of indoor fun as well. You MUST check out its photos on their website. Parking sits directly behind the house which was convenient for our guests. Its only downfall is there's only one bathroom!! Thankfully the property has a couple of group bathrooms nearby. The property has grown with an event hall and more airstreams. I also loved walking the back paths behind the campers and houses. They've done a wonderful job weaving the path under the canopy of trees to create privacy. If you need to get a walk or jog in, you're covered. There's no lack of kayaks, paddle boards or life jackets. Even though most spaces were filled, we did not feel crowded. My kids and their friends played pickle ball on their new court. A beautiful space and quiet at night. I'm looking forward to returning and making more memories. The team running Progress Park took great care of us and I'd recommend this space to anyone.

Progress Park is a real hidden gem- right here in Louisville! I cannot recommend this place any higher - for a girls weekend, retreat, birthday party- any event that you need a place to escape to. Just a note- a low key party would be fine but nothing too crazy! If you need to stay in Louisville, but want to feel like you're traveling, this is the place for you. I have visited twice - a retreat and girls weekend and both exceeded expectations! The place is beautiful. There is a lake with paddle boarding, canoeing, and kayaking. There is also a great playground for kids. If you have a small, medium, or large group, there is an option for lodging. A small group has several Airstreams to choose from. I have stayed in the Pearl and the Dotti- both great. If you have a mid to large size group, the 502 or Lakehouse are great options. The co-owners, Mike and Val came by to see if we needed any assistance with Check-In which was really nice. They seem like great people. From start to finish, I can't recommend Progress Park enough. You book the Airstreams through AirBNB. It's a straight forward process. I'm just trying to figure out when I can visit again?

Seriously had the most fantastic time! It was bliss and didn't feel like we were in the city at all. Booked it for a chill birthday celebration for my best friend and see requested water and the lake was amazing. Even got to kayak and paddle board. Also airstreams are just awesome and the whole property has all types. The owners are so kind and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

I cannot recommend this place more. We saw this on Facebook and decided to take a vacation here over a weekend. We actually live in Louisville I thought this would be a great way to get out and had no clue that there was this small Oasis in the middle of the city. We stayed in the small airstream and it was perfect for our family of three. Everything was taken care of even down to the small jars of graham crackers marshmallows and Hershey's chocolate to make s'mores at night. Firewood was provided there's a grill with charcoal and lighter fluid I really nice camp bathroom. Washer dryer refrigerator ice machine. The lake is stocked with fish and our daughter caught the first fish and had her first smore. if you're looking for a place to stay in Louisville and you're from out of town or even if you're in town and looking for a way to get out and have a nice camping trip this is a place to go. Cannot recommend it more.

I rented the Lake house at Progress Park to host a bridal shower and for our family to spend the night there afterwards since we were coming in from out of town to host the event. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the owners! Our guests were so impressed with this place they wanted to rent it for their own event or family weekend, and we can't wait to come back ourselves! It was cold and rainy while we were there so we didn't get to take advantage of all the outdoor space, but they have a beautifully lit outdoor tent and heaters there all year round (something that would have been so expensive if you had to rent separately!) and the rain eventually stopped and we built a fire and made smores that night (another sweet surprise they have already at the house for you). Also, even though we did not rent the airstream behind the house, Nick left it unlocked for us so our guests could all see it since it was vacant that day and everyone thought it was so cool to go back there and check it out. Everything in the house looks newly remodeled and it made for a beautiful, comfortable space to host everyone and feel right at home. In the morning we took our toddler down by the lake to see the ducks and she had a blast. Despite the cold and rain we had the absolute perfect weekend. We will definitely be back!
