Stopped in a few months ago when our new kitchen faucet malfunctioned. We needed a replacement, and we needed an uncommon finish. So no Lowe's for us. Luis shopping local is always preferable. These guys got us squared away with a pretty nice faucet right away & we received it in less than a week ($4 rush shipping which I find very reasonable; would have been quicker but for the weekend). The service was very good. I'd definitely go back. I recommend them but be prepared to spend. They have good products and service and you pay for what you get. And our faucet looks great.

Unfortunately, I can't give a rating of zero. One star is being too forgiving. I originally ordered a sink in mid November. I called Jennifer M. 5+ times over a two week period (1 month after ordering from Plumbers Supply) and finally got a call back saying that she had called the supplier and it had been ordered and should be in the first week of January. When it got to be the second week of January, I called multiple times to check on the order, with no returning phone calls. This lack of communication prompted me to call the supplier directly who told me that Jennifer had not placed the order until mid December and that they told Jennifer it was on backorder until end of January. Therefore, instead of telling me the sink was on back order (which would have been fine) I was told that the sink was on its way. During the first week of February, after calling multiple times, I finally get a call back from Jennifer saying that she talked to her boss, Leigh R., and her boss was going to call the supplier and get this straightened out and have it shipped overnight. Another week went by, and I hadn't heard anything so I called Leigh R. directly, left a message, and surprise, surprise...never got a call back. Later, I find out Leigh R. had no knowledge of the situation, which I had explained in the voice mail, so I find this hard to believe. Later in February, I finally get a tracking number. When the sink comes in, without hardly any packing material to protect it, I see it is cracked into at least 4 pieces. Jennifer assures me that they will overnight ship another one. One week later, still no sink. I then went in to cancel the order and get refunded, which turned into its own ordeal. The point of the story is if you have time to wait 3+ months for a simple order, this is your place. The lack of honest communication and the flaky suppliers that this company uses to represent itself makes Lowes seem like a better option. I ended up ordering a beautiful sink from Winnelson.
