This is one of my favorite coffee spots in Louisville. Their coffee is always delicious, whether it be a latte or one of their specialty drinks. But let's be honest - the real star of the show is their chocolate chip cookie. They're legendary and for good reason - perfectly gooey, rich, and ideal to complement your coffee. The staff is always friendly and the ambiance is also unmatched - cozy, eclectic, and full of charm. It's a great spot for relaxing, catching up with friends, or even working for a bit. If you're in Louisville, this is a must-visit for coffee lovers and anyone with a sweet tooth!

What a cute coffee shop/cookie haven in Clifton. I was in town on business and this was the coworking spot my coworker picked out and I'm so happy with that decision. I found free parking out front really easily and when I walked in the aesthetic was totally up my alley. From the long strings of pothos and other beautiful indoor plants to the twinkle lights behind the olive green booth and the old jukebox, the vibe here is real. I ordered the Harvest Moon latte with oat milk and one of their famous chocolate chip cookies for a snack later on in the day. The espresso in my latte was strong and I definitely got the pick-me-up that I needed to carry me through until lunch. The wifi was strong and I was able to get a lot done. When I dove into the cookie later it was heavenly. It had actually sat in my car for a few hours which made the chocolate chips melt just slightly.. It was like it just came out of the oven. I hear they have four locations around Louisville and one in Indianapolis and I'm not surprised because they clearly know what they're doing. If you're craving coffee and cookies, look no further.

Came in on a weekday morning around 9:30 & got a butterscotch latte & a chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was good as expected, the butterscotch latte was just okay. Not quiet butterscotch-y enough for me. For someone who likes light flavors this would be a nice choice.Wifi was strong & stable and there was plenty of seats to choose from. Although the music was a touch loud and I had to lean closer to hear my friend speak. Baristas were friendly enough, bathrooms were clean, and street parking wasn't bad.

The sign outside suckered my husband right in. When you write that you have the best chocolate chip cookies in Kentucky, you have to walk in and confirm it - right?! And that we did.First off, I have to say, for a place called please & thank you, their staff lacked the phrase. I was kind of surprised by the lack of energy from them, I'm not sure why. Either way, they pumped out good coffee and I'll get to the cookies in a second. We ordered a butterscotch iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso since we had a long drive home. I think the extra shot took way too much of the flavor away, but it was still really good. If I ever ordered it again, I'd do it as-is.Now by no means did I want to give into the hype they created for themselves about their cookies but GD! These cookies were honestly unreal. I don't know how they mastered the craft of crispy and slightly undercooked cookies. HOW!? Honestly. Please. Please give us your baking secret. I know asking for the dough recipe would be pushing it, but at least the baking recipe?? I'll take anything! Our friends are thinking about taking a weekend trip to Louisville since they live closer and I'm so desperate, I want to ask them if they'll buy and ship us some. Seriously...they're that good and they had no business being this good lol.If you're eating next door, this is a good spot for a before or after coffee AND A COOKIE OF COURSE.

I stopped in for chocolate chip cookies. They truly are the best! They are made with chocolate chunks/discs so the chocolate is spread out. It was so hot out I got a rosemary lemonade. It was perfect! It was the perfect amount tart and sweet. I'll definitely add it to my orders going forward.

What a wonderful gem I happened upon. This coffee shop offers a great place to work, eat with friends, or have some zen time. There are a few chairs and tables inside, bar seating, chair out front, and rear patio seating. There is also free parking nearby. Be aware that the business next door is very busy, so you may have to circle the block a few times in the morning. The inside has a chill vibe with a lot of industrial elements that are softened by the live plants.Their menu has many pastries and coffee options including vegan and vegetarian. Their oatmeal cookie has to be the best I've ever had. No kidding. It's sweet and moist with a hint of salt. My only suggestion, as others have mentioned, is the music is rather loud. The music when I was there was 90s rock, which I love, but the volume was way too loud to concentrate, work, or have a chat with a friend.Absolutely stop by!

Customer service = 0. I asked twice for them to turn the loud, blaring music down and they just gave me a snotty response. Wow, epic way of making people feel right at home in a place with such good manners to actually call themselves "please & thank you."Maybe I would have stuck it out if the coffee was worth the noise, but sadly, it was also very "meh". If you're looking for the loudest coffee shop in town with very mediocre coffee and 0 customer service, you've found your place!
