Great pizza the old school way. The menu is small and the toppings are limited. Don't let that detour you from giving them a try. Solid every time.

Pizza Oven is my absolute favorite pizza place. I have yet to find a place that I love as much as them. It's a small little shop with big taste!! We always get beef, onion, and mushroom. Our family's tried and true pizza place. The crust is thin and crumbly cracker like almost. I love thin crust. The cheese is perfectly melted and has a good string when you pull a piece out. Each pizza comes with a couple of pepperoncinis on top of the pizza. Request without, if you do not want them! It smelled so good that we couldn't wait until we got home, so we pulled out a piece to eat in the car!! We always take our pizza to go. Nothing against sitting inside, it's just easier to take and eat. Plus it's smaller inside with limited seating. They don't have a public restroom, if that is something you need.

I'm from Evansville so I'm biased, but BEST pizza in the world. One of five MUST HAVES when I'm in town. Gotta have the sausage. Best sauce. Best cut. Best pizza. Hands down.

The Stromboli is delicious as well as the Oven Special. Get the Stromboli sausage on the Oven Special. No Credit Cards. Bring cash. This pizza is truly classic, special, and delicious.

We have been frequenting Pizza Oven for years. Fantastic Pies and Strombolis. One of the best in town, especially if you like thin crust pizza. Do yourself a favor and give the a try. Carry out only, but they have it cooked quickly.

Great pizza! Glad I found this place. It's old school in every way and that's a good thing. No fancy building. No credit or debit. Cash or check only. No fancy menu. The pizza comes in a puffed up bag instead of a box like pizzas used to. The crust is a thin cracker crust, but not crispy. My pizza had plenty of cheese and toppings and a good amount of sauce. The pizza is cooked until the cheese is actually cooked and bubbling up. They also put around a half dozen whole pepperoncini in with my pizza before bagging it up. I really enjoy this place and will definitely be back the next time I pass through Evansville.

Love the stroms and pizza from this hidden little place. I have never been disappointed. Stroms are simply legendary. Word of mouth is their only advertisement as far as l know. A must if you haven't.

Not again! Tasteless food, terrible atmosphere, plenty of dust & dinge though, zero service, no ice, doesn't accept modern forms of payment (add $3 ATM fee to overpriced, product) $2 if you want a few peppers on the side. It'll make a turd, but doesn't merit one star.
