Pizza Mood

The pizza is not bad, but it's not great either. I ordered a small pizza and calzone for carryout. The small 8 inch pizza came chopped up in a tiny box, yet the restaurant was full of various size pizza boxes. The calzone was cut in thirds and put in a styrofoam box The meat lovers pizza was ok, not much flavor though, basically bland. The calzone was a little better, but it was DROWNING in butter?? I also ordered a slice of carrot cake, that was pretty good (not homemade). But for $6 I got half a slice. It was VERY thin. I didn't get a photo as we ate it later. I might give it a second try, but make sure you have all your food before you leave. I saw two people get food and leave, and then come back because something was missing.

I love wings! So I was so excited when my brother-in-law suggested ordering wings. Unfortunately, he couldn't remember if we should order from Kick-it pizza or mood pizza. He said one place had decent pizza, but terrible wings, and the other place had great wings. We ordered from mood pizza and got home and we were excited to get into our dinner. As soon as I opened the box, I realized that these wings were so small and had no meat on them that you're basically left with skin and bones, flavored in sauce. I joked with him that each of these wings was about half the size of a McDonald's, chicken nugget, but I was pretty mad. I could not believe that a restaurant would actually serve these wings. They are half the length of my index finger, and if you were to take a McDonald's, chicken nugget and cut it in half lengthwise, that would be the size of the wings. We also ordered boneless wings. These pieces were a lot bigger. One boneless wing had about the same amount of meat as four of the bone in wings. But they were extremely dry and hard. We ate about four of them and stopped eating. I was tempted to take it back to the restaurant and just leave it on their counter. I waited a day and a half to write this review, and the rest of the wings are still untouched and will be tossed out. I would like to try their pizza to give a better more accurate overall review, but if this is what they offer for wings, I have no interest in ever going back to this place again.

I ordered a pizza a month ago and it was delicious and the owner was the one who made it. glad to have a pizza place so close

I have eaten here one time. Their food is good, but I will not eat here again because they won't offer pork products on their food. I don't care if your religion doesn't let you eat pork, you need to serve it for your customers.

For a pizza joint in middle of nowhere Kentucky, this Pizza Mood is pretty legit! The pizza was VERY flavorful and fulfilling. I also ordered a calzone which was delicious. Service was great as well. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant and staff was great. It was a positive experience overall. Should I ever have to return to Kentucky, I will eat here again!

We have never tried Pizza Mood before so we thought we'd give it a try. We will never be eating here again. The pizza was tasteless. It had no flavor. The crust was soggy and chewy. We ordered the Spinach and Gyro pizzas, how they could be tasteless is beyond me. The garlic butter We got to go with our pizza tasted like plain butter. We also ordered chicken bites, the garlic parmesan had no flavor, the spicy honey sauce I could taste but the chicken was so overcooked, it was dry and tough. I couldn't finish my food. And am half tempted to throw the leftovers away. Don't waste your money.

Awesome food, friendly service, best pizza I've had in many years, anywhere!! Ingredients are fresh, crust is perfect (I love thin), sauce is delicious and the amount is just right! Well worth the price for the perfect pizza!!
