Pete's Diner

Went for breakfast this Saturday morning. It's served from 9-12. The steak and eggs were delicious. The steak was a thick 8 ounce delicious piece of meat. Eggs were cooked to order. Hash brown casserole along with a biscuit and gravy. My wife and I split the meal and it was plenty enough for the both of us. $24.50 was the price. The waitresses were friendly.

Place has good food, nice employees and good quality service is top quality here you should come here if you wanna have a late night date or something

Pete's Diner has great food and even better service. They have a great Hot Brown special once or twice a month, very good fried chicken, wonderful hand breaded pork chops, NY Strip special on Fridays, and my favorite is their Saturday hand cut rib eye steak special.All of the above in addition to top-notch hamburgers/cheeseburgers, fantastic deserts, and a wonderful selection if ice-cream and milk shakes. An easy 5 star + rating.

I came here for lunch on a Wednesday with my friend. We were greeted immediately and given somewhere privately to sit since we had an infant with us. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were given menus upon sitting down and told their daily special. Moments later our drinks arrived. It wasn't even 10 minutes later that our food arrived. And wow it was delicious! Also, their prices are so low it was a nice surprise. I ordered the roast beef with sides and my friend had their beef pot roast. We definitely filled up and enjoyed every bite. We will be returning here again in the near future without a doubt.

Out on a whirlwind trip, we had some time to kill right around lunch time... We we kind of on the middle of nowhere, so our choices were limited. We came across Pete's and decided to stop.The place was hopping, obviously a favorite with the locals, and we definitely got a "hometown" feeling while we were there. The servers were all really sweet and the service was swift and efficient.I ordered a burger and fries and they were good. We ordered milkshakes for the road, and those were delicious! All in all we were not disappointed. Proving sometimes, the best places are the ones you just stumble upon!

Pete's really surprised me. It was a bit hot and a bit loud but the food was delightful. I had that seafood special. I know we're in a landlocked state and as a result my expectations were low. None the less, the catfish was very good. The breading was light and every bit of it was tasty. The shrimp and clam strips were probably frozen but both were perfectly cooked and very tinder. The hush puppies were amazing compared to most. I would probably not have used so much mayo in the cole slaw but I can't complain too much. I've lived in bryantsville for almost 4 years but I will definitely return to Pete's. Well done.

Yesterday my wife, son and I visited Pete's Diner. This gem we recommended to us by my son-in-law. What a great restaurant. The food was very good with ample portions. Also, we were amazed by the terrific customer service. All the staff, including the owner, Donna, worked as a team to serve us. Donna, Mary, and Veronica are reasons enough to want to revisit this restaurant. They all made us feel at home. We will certainly look forward to eating here again.

What a neat little "hole-in-the-wall" type of place. If you happen to be driving by on the new 27 and looking for a quick bite and need to stretch your legs this is the place to do it. Food is fresh, hot, made to order, short order cook style. The special of the day was fried chicken with three sides, but I opted for the country fried steak. It was super delicious and cooked to order. I had country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, brown beans and cornbread with a Diet Coke and it was $8.47 OUT THE DOOR. Now come on, where nowadays can you get a meal like that out the door, tax, title and tag, for $8.50? And I didn't even mention the fresh cobblers and ice cream sundaes they have too. What a killer, right off the beaten path, hole in the wall, places to eat. Now it's not Jeff Ruby's, and if you don't mind sharing a meal with all the local folks wearing their work boots, stop in and give Pete's Diner a try. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible. Food was dried up and even had a soured taste. This take out occurred on 02/09/23. Pork chops dried up, corn dried up, white gravy was soured. Wont be back.

Love this Diner. Great food and you can't find better service. They go above and beyond with hospitality and their cook is fantastic!!
