Penn Station East Coast Subs

Great service, great food, kinda expensive, but worth it...we had the Italian and the cheese steak and fries and Pepsi...a warm sub on a cold January day made it worth it!

No more expensive than anyone else , love the phili sub ! Girls and guys so helpful , neat and clean place !

We had a phenomenal time here. Jack, Thomas, and Dante were very helpful, professional, and hilarious. The food was delicious and hot. Very clean very chill atmosphere. Had some laughs had some bomb ass food, would definitely recommend coming here and letting them make you food as well. Keep them for the long run those guys were awesome.

I was greeted upon arrival and needed to stay a while longer to get some work done and was welcomed to do so. The sandwich & fries tasted great and the service super friendly!

Service was good and so was the sandwich I had. The place was well kept and they were cleaning when I came in. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I ordered on their app this last Wednesday. When I went to pick it up I was told I'll they were unable to do the order because all their buns were frozen. I was told I had to get ahold of someone online to get my money back. I sent a message but have heard nothing back from them. This is not a reputable business!!

Came in from the heat and for my 4 year old and I to have a seat with a drink and a quick snack. Haven't honestly been in a restaurant that was as clean and the staff were as friendly in a really long time. Always really nice when you feel like someone isn't just being nice for their job but are instead super friendly who pickup on small things, like my wizard of oz backpack, and will have a great conversation and I felt like they actually were connecting with me.

I love Penn Station. And not just because the support the down syndrome association (,proud DS mama ) but also because the Philly cheese steak is just soooo bomb I treated myself to one last week at the Penn station on the east side even though I live on the west side. I waited till I got home to eat only to find out that my sandwich was missing my vegetables ( ban.pep and onions) I called Tom, who btw has immaculate customer service. He was the absolute sweetest! He apologized and offered to fix the issue, no questions asked. Tom just happened to be the one to remake my replacement sandwich when I went back a few days later. Needless to say he nailed it! I'm thankful that the issue was resolved smoothly. And Tom had that same excellent customer service. Even though I had to drive across town, it was actually worth it to be able to get a delicious sandwich made with such care and served with such a positive upbeat respectful kind personality. So thank you Tom. You absolutely rock!!!

the guy at the counter was super duper nice! He prepared my order very fast and was honest about wait time! Service time was pretty fast.

Usually when i get the Philly cheesesteak, i like it with no banana peppers, it's greasy and bland. This time i had it there was seasoning and it was fresh. I didn't get the lemonade this time tho. The service was great from the greetings when i came in and left. The restaurant still looks the same but it was clean. They definitely have upgraded.
