I had the opportunity to be in the neighborhood and stopped by for a breakfast sandwich. The building is a bit aged, but it is taken care of.I had the goetta, egg and pepper jack cheese sandwich. This was FABULOUS! It needed no salt, pepper, sauces, anything. It was hot and delicious all the way through.Pee Wee is a character but one of most down to earth people I have met in a while...he doesn't know a stranger. I will be returning to try more menu items.

While in northern Kentucky, my wife and I stopped at Pee Wee's Place to have dinner. Pee Wee's offers a relaxed, family-friendly bar & restaurant. They have sand volleyball pits and a large outdoor deck. We started with the Twice Baked Skins. This dish has potato skins filled with mashed potatoes, bacon, cheddar, and sour cream. The skins were crispy, and the creamy mash needed additional seasoning. The cheddar cheese melted well, and the bacon bits were crunchy and added much-needed salt. On the side was a generous amount of sour cream to dip the skins into. I had the Bacon cheeseburger, to which I added an egg. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo on the side with fries, and I also added molly mac (Mac and cheese named after the owner's daughter). The fries were undercooked, causing them to be chewy, and they lacked seasoning. The Mac and Cheese noodles were cooked well, but the dish was under-seasoned and dry. The cheese flavor only came through with the melted sliced cheese on top. The bun and veggies were fresh, and the pickles were cut thick. The burger was cooked well with good seasoning. The cheese melted well on the burger. The egg was fried over hard; the creaminess of the yolk would have added texture to the bite. The bacon was crispy and salty with a good chew. My wife tried the Philly Cheesesteak with Molly mac. Her steak was cooked well, but it was under-seasoned. The bun was fresh, the provolone cheese melted nicely, and the veggies had a slight crunch. It was a decent bite, but I needed that salt to improve the dish. It was the same issue with the Molly Mac as before. Pee Wee's has an extensive menu. They offer breakfast until 2 pm. There was a large assortment of starters, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, and dinners. The staff was genuinely friendly. They also have a full far and beer on draft. The Fat Man says that Pee Wee's Place is NOT Fat Man Approved with 0 chins.

This place is unassuming from the outside. Interior was rustic. The menu was large with lots of choices. I had the ribeye steak on rye with sweet potato fries and hot bacon slaw. The steak was thin with two slices of red onion. The sweet potato fries were hot and tasty. The hot slaw, that is hard to find except in Kentucky restaurants, was vinegary and loaded with almost too many bacon bits. My sister had the Kentucky Hot Brown. Instead of morney sauce it had queso sauce. She said it enhanced the hot brown. The grilled vegetable pasta with shrimp was chosen by my other sister. It came with the salad bar. The pasta was plentiful. Overall a good meal. I probably would choose a different entree if I went back.

WE LOVE PEEWEE'S!! My mom and dad started coming to PeeWee's after church each Sunday for breakfast and we've started joining. The food is always so good and the service is great. They remember us and bring us our coffee cups and shots of baileys for said coffee as soon as we sit. The portions are large enough that my daughter and I share most mornings, our favorite is the scrambler with goetta, all the add ons and pepper jack cheese. The is a small family run place that is so welcoming and friendly you feel like you are at home. You've gotta try this place!!!

Quaint little mom and pop place that's been around for a long time. I've been here a few times and the environment is always laid-back and friendly. They have a heated outdoor patio for the cooler days as well as a nice bar area inside. It's family friendly and can accommodate small to larger groups. It's good home cooking no fuss or frills! I had a cheeseburger and tater tots this time around and forgot to take a picture. The cheeseburger was decent, can't say it's the greatest I've ever had, but it's good. And the tater tots were crisp and delicious.

This place is a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside but on the inside...PLENTY. Most importantly good food...VERY GOOD food and at a VERY REASONABLE price. Whether it's breakfast (served any time) lunch or dinner, they have something for anyone's taste. Just went in there and had their breakfast sandwich with goetta, ham & cheese on an English muffin. It was SOOOOO good. And Molly our waitress was superb. Very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. Inside, plenty of TVs to watch whatever floats your boat. A nice outdoor covered patio area is available anytime day or night. The decorations and especially the signs are very clever and witty AND will definitely put a smile on your face. They do have happy hours as well as a wide selection of beers. Hungry and Thirsty??? Swing on by PeeWee's Place. The "Place" to be!

Peewee's Place was a little greasy spoon we recently visited in Crescent Springs. It was a bar/grill type olace that had a pretty decent sized menu of various things from burgers to hoagies to wraps and all sorts of other bar food. We started off with some Tater Skins that were loaded with bacon and cheese with sour cream for dipping. Very good balance of toppings and the skins were perfectly cooked and made for a very good appetizer. I tried a couple of different things off their menu for my main course starting with some wings (shocking I know for those that know me). I tried 2 kinds of sauces 1 their XXX Boot Scootin (their hottest one) and the other "Newt" (spicy bbq). Their Boot Scootiin one definitely brought some heat which I appreciated and had stellar flavour as well. The Newt was a good version of a Spicy bbq although of these 2 I preferred the Boot Scootin. As good as the sauces were unfortunately the wings themselves were overcooked and quite dry which was disappointing because those sauces were some of the better wing sauces I've had in a while. I also tried some Buffalo Chicken Rolls (thing egg rolls but with Buffalo Chicken filling). These were unique and fairly good although I feel they kinda held back on the Buffalo flavour (would really like to try it with either the Boot Scootiin or Newt sauces). Most of what I had here was average to good but I believe that they the potential to be better. The service was fine and the restaurant looked good. I'll be back to try some other dishes coming up soon particularly their burgers.

We had a great family breakfast this morning at Peewee's. I was a little nervous about taking our toddler to what I thought was mostly a bar, but it was an excellent experience! The servers knew to bring our 2 year old a cup with a lid and his own small plate; I can't tell you how often we go out to eat and he's handed a large full water to spill. This sounds like a small detail, but it's so appreciated when you're trying to have a meal out with a little one. Our food was very good. My husband had been craving biscuits and gravy, and they definitely passed the test. Their goetta and sausage were also really good.

We visited for breakfast. We were intrigued by goetta, a local sausage and pin oat mixture. They provided us with a small sample. I ordered the Goetta Coney Dogs, while my wife had "The Mess". We greatly enjoyed our food. PeeWee dropped by and chatted us up. Quite the charmer. Their motto is "Make someone else's day better." They succeeded with us.

Good Friday buffet but a few items taste like thaw and bake food i.e: chicken. Poor selection of gluten free food.
