Pediatric Partners of Jeffersontown

Pediatric Partners of Jeffersontown are great. Dr Pappalardo and Dr Knights are my favorite. Smart and caring doctors with short wait times are what you will find in this office. They also have a nurse line throughout the day and the nurses are very helpful and on their toes. Love this place!

Great doctors. Very caring and responsive to their patients. I would highly recommend them. The kids love them. New office building.

We love it here. We picked Dr. Knights and Pappalardo six years ago after attending a new baby class at the hospital. It turned out their practice was around the corner from our house. That was three babies ago and we have since moved. We have enjoyed all the doctors at the practice and now drive across town instead of finding an office more convenient. They also have and nice voicemail box to call after hours if you are worried about something. They also have two different check ins depending on if you are there for a visit or if the kids aren't feeling well. This made my wife feel more safe bringing a new born to check in on a different side then those who are sick. We recommend these folks to all our friends.

Very nice place and everything seemed great at first. With all the talk of vaccines possibly causing autism we wanted to be cautious and space them out rather than giving our child a cocktail every single visit. One of the male doctors extremely rudely told us we were setting a bad example for their other patients and we needed to leave. We were in one of the little rooms with just the doctor and his trainee. How any other patients would even know is beyond me unless they don't practice HIPAA.... We were pretty shocked at how mad he got about it and that he literally told us to leave for being cautious.

Dr. Pappalardo was fantastic helping us out with a late-evening issue. We love this practice and all of the Doctors associated with it. Highly recommended!!!!!

The doctors have been great, and the service was great until this morning. My daughter has a fever since last night. I gave her some ibuprofen, and it went away. This late morning she woke up with a fever again. I called the office. talked to nurse Libby. this is her response to me " WHY ARE YOU CALLING US NOW? THIS IS CHRISTMAS'S EVE. WE ARE CLOSING TO GO HOME TO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS WITH OUR FAMILIES ." I didn't not expect the office has to open late because of us. if the office was close, I would consider to bring my child to immediate care center. All I wanted was an advice from the pediatric's nurse whether or not to get my daughter check out.P.S Libby, I know your job is hard. Your family is important. But I'm also a nurse and do have a family too. My child is sick. I'm scheduled to work on Christmas's eve. All i wanted to say is: Patients, they don't have a choice on when they have to be sick. It's our jobs to take care of them around the clock.
