Terrible ServiceI've had several experiences at this location, and they've probably topped out at four out of five, but my last experience has stopped me from going back. We (group of 4) went for beer specials and to share a couple pizzas and appetizers. From the very beginning, things were weird with the server. She first told us that there were no beer specials, and then when we informed her of the published special, she said it was only a limited menu. To be honest, I am not sure if she just didn't know or didn't want to be helpful. the food was honestly pretty good, but when it came time to pay our check, we thought we would make things really easy for her.The server asked who was taking what, so we simplified it by saying to split it evenly between couples. She then came out with an even split for each person, meaning each menu in was divided by four. When she finally fixed it and split it down the middle, I noticed that we didn't get the pricing that was promised in the special. My girlfriend had already given her the card and just ended up being a really long drawn out explanation where the server was arguing that it was split correctly. Ultimately, when I explained math to her, she then explained to me that because we split the bill, we didn't get the special prices. This infuriated me because it was just one thing after another with this server. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and I told her yes. She walked away and never got the manager. Needless to say, I will not be back and neither will the other couple. We all agreed that it was one of the weirdest and the worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant.

We were greeted immediately as we walked in and it seemed like everyone talked to us while we were there. Our waitress was awesome and they helped each other out. We were never without anything.Plenty of free parking and seating on the inside and outside. They had a singer outside on the patio playing on Saturday evening. Really nice ambiance. Felt really comfortable there. The food was delicious. If you get the Parlours app, you can get free breadsticks- thank me later. So we did and we got the garlic butter sauce either them. Those were probably the best breadsticks I have ever had and the garlic butter was loaded with flavor. I got the sriracha bourbon bbq smoked wings fried well. Yum!!! The flavor was packed in these too. The sriracha gave it a kick and the bourbon bbq came right behind it. They got the sauce right with these. I also got the peppercorn ranch half salad. It was good but felt like it was missing something. I did get no onions but maybe it could've used some banana peppers. Still good though. The croutons in it were kind of sweet which I like.Very delicious place! I will definitely be back. This was my second time.

Enjoyed a Saturday of college football and pizza. The 10" pizzas are loaded and can feed two easily. They have a nice full bar along local and import beers. Between the bread sticks, pizza and smoked wings it was a full meal deal. (I forgot to get a pick of the wings because they were so good). The restaurant is big enough that the amount of people doesn't drown out the conversations at your table and there multiple televisions to watch. The staff were very friendly and professional always at the ready.

I can't believe I forgot to review Parlour! Shame on me. I came here with some family for lunch on a lovely Friday so we sat outside. They have a really great covered patio with a dedicated bar and server so I recommend sitting out there if weather permits.Everyone has raved about the Pepperoni Bombs so we ordered them as an appetizer. Grease bombs is more like it! Cutting into them, grease shot across the plate which made me a little queasy. Flavor was good but just too heavy for me. The pizza is where Parlour shines. I had the small Artichoke Pesto, thin crust, and it was delicious. Packed with artichokes and mushrooms - it was so good! I took the The Boss home to my husband and he devoured it. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I went here on a Saturday evening for some pizza and some good times. This is a new location that used to be a different pizza place in J town. The pizza itself was OK. I've had better at other parlor establishments. I'll give it a three. We also got nachos. They were not very good. We all give them a 2 atm was cool. Definitely enjoyed the vibes live music good bar, good outdoor seating service was decent and then I don't know what happened. She disappeared and never came back. We had to go find another waitress and they apologized and I don't know what happened. I hope she's OK. But overall three sounds about right for our first experience here. I'd come back and give me their try

We love the food. Most of our experience is delivery, but we've eaten in a couple times as well. They have awesome cauliflower crust pizza. The meatball pizza, hoagies or anything are delicious. Would love to see a few more wines on the menu.

My family ate at Parlour on Saturday night. They were very busy, but that didn't seem to bother them and were very efficient. We had two personal pizzas and a calzone. All were prepared and were as ordered. They all were very good and the service was exceptional. They kept our glasses full and continually came by asking if everything was good. This was my first visit however my other family members have visited numerous times. It was a great experience and I will eat there again when I return to JTown.

We celebrated our baseball team Christmas party at the Jeffersontown location with a large group of 50 people. They did a great job of accommodating us and everyone in our group enjoyed the food. Trish and Ryan were our servers and they were both friendly and attentive giving us excellent service. We will be back.
