Parlour

My wife saw a report that Parlor's was donating 25% of proceeds to the Pasadena, CA Humane Society for displaced and injured animals from the LA wildfires. A great reason to head their way. We had a bit of a scare when we walked up to the building. The main Dining area is being remodeled, and closed. We were directed to the heated patio. Thankfully, it's closed in, because it's 23° outdoors. We started with a small order of their smoked wings. They were a bit larger than I expected, but because they're smoked, the wings aren't crispy like deep fried. The wings came nice and hot. Mild flavor. But honestly, I'll skip them next time. My wife ordered a veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust (an extra $3). She thought the pizza was great. Me? I went with a 10" build your own. Red sauce and added mushrooms, jalapeños and meatballs. It's hard to fathom a pizza joint that doesn't offer ground beef as a topping. And why didn't the server suggest they could break up the meatballs in the kitchen?As for the pizza. There was a golf ball sized meatball on every slice. Also served hot. The crust was just the right thickness, but I thought it used to be a little more sauce & cheese. Service was outstanding. Holli was friendly, upbeat and Johnny on the spot. It's great there's a Parlor in Jeffersonville. But for me, it's more of an option for than a first choice. Next time, I'll try a calzone or sub.

Wings are big and meaty. Calzone has good bread and generous size.Beers cold.Large expanded patio, great for groups and has own outside bar.Attentive service. Great stop after walking the bridge.

Had a nice sized party with me on this visit. 8 in total. For 6 of them this was their first time at a Parlor's.The staff were great and helpful. They were patient with the size group and very helpful.The waitress was always positive and cheerful. She took our order and got them all correct. Food came out in a reasonable time and timing was great in getting food to all of us at same time.The drink selection is great, something for everyone.All were impressed with setting, service and food!Julienne was our waitress and great at it.

Parlour is definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza! They are dog friendly, so that's a big bonus! To drink, I had the Summer Breeze seasonal cocktail. It is refreshing and tasty! I got the Hot Brown pizza which is a must try! A fun twist on the Hot Brown sandwich but on a pizza! The service was wonderful, and I love that their patio is semi-covered so that you aren't baking in the sun if you sit outside.

Pizza, beer, wings and more! Such a great location. Meet your friends here after a workout, catch up over some games, or have a date. Indoor/outdoor seating. Pizza is delicious and the wings are even better.

I got a pie to go but the place was cute; good location and a nice sized outdoor seating area. It was pretty packed when I was there. The cashiers were great, gave suggestions and recommendations, friendly and I got my order within 25 mins. I would go back if I'm visiting that area again.

We looove Parlour's pizza! Crispy crust, with cheese right to the edge, and lots of flavor--delicious.Our group has ordered the lunch pizza special (10" with 3 toppings of your choice), salads, and/or sandwiches. The pizza is typically the favorite. If you're really hungry it is definitely enough to fill you up, or you may have leftovers for later. We also recommend the Parlour Bombs for starters--there are only 4, but you can easily split them in 2. We've used Parlour for work lunches (takeout) several times and they're always a hit. It's also fun to take a break and go in person. The location is quaint, in a popular area of Jeffersonville with parking close by. The staff are friendly and do a great job. We hope you try it and love it too.

The food was really good I didn't have high expectations going into it, but I was definitely surprised. The thin crust was the perfect thin the hot honey could've been spicer but the wings made up for that! We ate on the patio I loved that it was right off the walking bridge so we took full advantage of the weather. The service wasn't great and that's the only thing keeping this review from 5 stars.

We sat at the bar outside. Karen was our bartender & she was amazing! She was super helpful & kind. She made us some amazing Brumble Berry Mules. She helped us decide on what food order we wanted to put in. We ended up getting the peppercorn ranch salad as well as an order of the smoked wings. We opted for the naked/dry rub wings well done (per Karen's recommendation) with ranch and tropical habanero on the side. Both the salad and the wings were amazing. Our wings were crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. The tropical habanero sauce was delicious too!!

Food was great. Service was moderate. Our party of four received friendlier service from the bar staff than we did our server. He was not very attentive and did not seem in a good mood at all. Didn't smile once the entire time we were there. While ordering, I asked if I could swap out the banana peppers for jalapeños on my calzone. Our server said they could remove the banana peppers but he'd still have to charge me for the jalapeños. I hadn't been to a restaurant who did that before, so I simply commented that it was weird. No argument or complaint, just wasn't familiar with that policy. Our server seemed to have a bit of an attitude and said, "I don't make the rules." Well, of course not, not sure why he felt the need to say that. When he dropped our food off, he didn't even ask us if there was anything else we needed, just quickly left. I had been waiting to sample a beer, but didn't even have the chance to stop him to ask. It wasn't until I was nearly halfway through my meal when I was able to catch him. A bartender brought it out for me and no one ever came back to see if I wanted to order it, so I opted out of a drink and stuck with my water. He did refill our glasses a couple times without us asking, and took our plates when we were finished. A member of our party asked him for more marinara, which he did bring promptly; but didn't mention there would be a $2.00 charge, they had to wait to see it on their check.Food looked and smelled delicious, and it was. Good portions for the price. I got the Deluxe calzone with no onions and wound up taking half home with me. Reheated okay. Would definitely recommend Parlour overall, but I don't think I would return to this particular location.
