Papa Johns Pizza

Been getting pizza here for about 10 years. Use to be one of my favorite Papa John's, but it has gone downhill. Picked up pizza a while back and the employee at the register was sharing a vape (at the counter) with a customer. Decided to give them another try this weekend and the pizza crust was way over cooked and tasted burnt. I'll pass from stopping at this Papa John's in the future.

papa johns is always the same, but the one in taylosville has really great delivery. ive never had any issues with my pizza from there. the staff is always friendly when you call in, but most of the tjme i jyst use the app

Papa John's in Taylorsville doesn't make their employees wear gloves. They are just bare handing your pizza and all the toppings while touching everything else in between.

We were being patient for our pizza thinking it would be hot when we got it. It was Luke warm. Said it would be an hour to get it. It was light on the veggies.

As I walked up to the counter to pick up my order, one of two workers dropped a pizza box onto the floor, picked it up, peeked in side, showed it to another worker and decided just to put it for carry out. Turns out that was my pizza. I looked inside at the jumbled, smeared pizza. When I said something, the cashier just shrugged his shoulder. I had to get very loud to get the manager's attention. She comped my order and provided a new one in about 15 minutes. They had also incorrectly made my wings order. If the young worker had admitted his mistake on dropping the pizza I would have no issue. This Papa Joh's needs to train its worker on quality.

Worst papa johns I have ever tried to work with. The turn over must be high or something because it seems like they have issues then they get fixed for a little while then they same issues come back. And you never talk to the same ppl twice there. Managers seem to always be new. Can't wait until Tville gets more dining options.

I've been to this Papa John's location several times. The staff has been friendly and helpful, I've never had a problem with my order and the manager has assisted me with coupons and special online offers . I'll continue to visit this location as long as I receive good food, good service at a fair price.

Pan pizza is my favorite and the wings! Delivery is prompt, food is fresh and hot . The GM Ashley is awesome and does what she says she'll do.

Had issues with carry out orders, and I won't leave the place without looking to be sure, what I ordered is what I get.. Then the manager on duty, she screams profanity at me as I am walking out with my granddaughters, I will never be back to that location.
