Panda

Food was awful! Ordered chicken with peppers and onions. I guarantee you it was not chicken. No flavor, no texture, and unrecognizable as chicken. I couldn't eat it. Fried rice was not fried. It was flavorless yellow rice. The only recognizable part of the hot and sour soup was that it was hot, temperature-wise. Again, flavorless. If this is authentic Chinese food, I pity the people who eat there often, because they don't know how good Chinese can be.

Yikes. I have always said that there is a place in life for "good bad Chinese food". In this usage, "good bad Chinese food" refers to a type of Chinese food that is not 5-star restaurant level fanciness, or necessarily the most authentic to traditional cuisine, but packs a great taste and great value. Unfortunately, my visit to Panda yielded what I can only refer to as "bad bad chinese food". Not only is the restaurant not remotely fancy, but the food is quite tasteless, and ultimately presents a bad value. Having lived in the Bay Area, and being new to Kentucky, I wasn't quite sure what to expect for its Asian food, but all of the Yelp reviews of Chinese restaurants that offered takeout in the area left me thinking that Panda was the best option. After experiencing Panda firsthand, I really really hope that there are better options in Bowling Green that I just happened to miss. The Chicken Fried Rice is 110% the most bland Chicken Fried Rice I've ever had in my life. If I was at home, I would have definitely taken what I recieved from this restaurant, and re-fried it, with some seasonings that actually add flavor. I am almost to the point where I'd say that I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't actually frying the rice, but just taking some steamed rice, adding chicken and food coloring, mixing it, and sending it out in nice little takeout boxes. If you are absolutely in a pinch and for some reason can't find other Chinese food, give Panda a shot, but I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant in any other situation.

The food is okay. If you can imagine taking the Asian food entrees from the freezer section at your grocery store & using it in a restaurant that's what the food is like at Panda. Over priced for what it is.

Small little family shop it seems, very clean, first drive through small place I've seen so that was a big plus. The lady running the front was super welcoming and friendly!! Had a lot of advice since my wife and I were on our honeymoon, where to go and awesome things to do around. Would give it another go good was amazingly prepared.

Fast service and clean restaurant! The staff was friendly and they had amazing egg rolls! I got the general Tso's combination plate and I highly recommend

Good food pretty quick service. Definitely recommend for Chinese clean seating area if you want to go inside or use drive through.

Homemade fresh food. Tofu is great, veggies are cooked crisp, not cooked to death, quick service. Everything is made as you order. Recommend

Always fresh, hot, and accurate. We order often. Always friendly service. Egg rolls And crab rangoons delicious. Sweet and sour chicken , friend rice, white rice, tofu all good. Consistent every time . Love there is a drive thru!

I got the large à la cart sesame seed chicken. Buyer beware there was only two pieces of chunk chicken the rest was small strips and bits and pieces that had more breading on them than chicken. Also 25% was green beans and peppers. What a horrible rip off. Prices go up quality and quantity go down. How sad I used to really like panda express but I can't afford to go there now.
