Pass through Campbellsville often from Louisville and have tried every Mexican restaurant there in town, but this one is the best by farrrrr! The food is always delicious and made fresh, prices are great, and the staff has always been friendly and attentive. Most important of all the restaurant is clean, not like the others! I got the Pancho's potato fajita in chicken and it was amazing! Will definitely be my go-to spot when passing through here! Food is honestly better than any Mexican food here in Louisville.

Pancho's Mexican Restaurant has the sort of friendly and attentive staff that one would expect to find in a fine dining environment.The food is great tasting, and Pancho's certainly has a much better taste than Mexican food found at other local restaurants.The one star taken off is for atmosphere- though it's generally quite clean, the years have taken a toll on the furnishings and everything is a bit worn, and some of the tables are a bit scuffed and scratched. The kitchen can be a bit noisy at times depending on how busy the front of the house is, but that usually isn't a problem as they tend to not be unbearably busy often.Note: Thursday afternoons you'll receive 15% off of the dinner menu, so if you haven't tried them and aren't sure whether or not you'll like them, that'd be the best time to do so.

There was a hair in my food, when I notified the waitress she just said okay and walked away. I'm very disappointed and wanted some type of apology, the fish taco had bones in it still and I'm glad I noticed it early on.

We really tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt considering the circumstances, but we were there 2+ hours and they forgot more than half of our tables food... including 2 kids meals. There was no sense of urgency or explanation as to why. Tables (3) that arrived after us received their food before we did. At the end of it all we asked for the remaining food to go (which was cold), and the kids meals were never provided. We paid full price and no apology was given.

Good overall authentic Mexican food, with great prices. The worst thing about it for me is its location, it's in the middle of a neighborhood across town, away from any place that I ever go. When I remember to go there, I do.
