Panaderia Araceli's

First time at this Mexican bakery. Was nearby, so I thought I'd stop by for a look-see. They didn't have croissants -- yes, Mexican bakeries make croissants. So, I browsed and purchase a few items that I can have for breakfast. Personally, I prefer the bakery on Alexandria. 108

The food is great especially the tamales and the crescent rolls. Amazing dessert and low priced. Yummy!

Can you say YUM!? Omg Panderia Araceli's is a one of the best pan dulce (or sweet breads) and dessert places It's also a pastelería. We're a regular here to pick up bread, breakfast sweets, and dessert. Their flan is mouth watering. I enjoy their conchas and cheese danishes immensely. If you're looking for a place to check out some authentic Mexican bread, here it is!!

Don't be put off by the location. This place is a wonderland for any dessert lover! Over the years, I've had their Tres Leches at birthday parties but never ventured out here until the past weekend. It is very spacious inside. There are cases and cases of baked goods - pan dulce conchas in every flavor possible, orejas, jelly rolls, banderas, puff pastry thingies, cakes, muffins, croissants, breads. They also have empanadas and donuts. Grab a tray and a pair of tongs and get to work. They sell tres leches by the slice and also whole. I like the strawberry one better than the pineapple. The conchas and cakes are tasty too. I don't know what it's called but there was a churro like puff pastry thingy and it was delicious! I forgot to take pictures of what I got, it was that good. The prices are unbelievable. While we were there, we noticed a lot of families come in and get plenty of stuff. So, you know it's as authentic as it gets. Also, the two people at the counter spoke minimal English. Like, most of our communication was with signs and "dollar?". But they were very sweet and helpful. Get your concha and tres leches fix here. I had to restrain myself from walking away with one of every kind.

Super cute bakery. Gorgeous display of sweets and old fashioned glass bread counters. Very friendly staff. Made sure I got exactly the right cake I needed. Delicious tres leches cake. Worth every penny

This place was a pleasant surprise! So many beautiful choices at such great prices! We had no clue what to do when we entered, but my son and I saw people piling trays with pastries and we decided to join suit. Deciding to take one eye-catching pastry from each case was thrilling. When we got to the counter to pay, we were greeted by a very sweet cashier. With as many pastries as we had selected, we expected a super large bill. When she presented the total, I felt like I had won the lottery. It was way less expensive that I had conceived. It was a pleasant surprise, pleasant experience, and oh so tasty!

The bread and pastries are delicious. A good selection of each. The flan is to die for.

Great different flavored bread. I enjoy the endless choices. They are really cheap too which I have no complaints about!
