Paco’s Mexican Restaurant

I tried something new at Paco's tonight and thought I should write a review. I then realized that I wrote my first review of them (and maybe their first review ever) more than a year ago when they opened!! So here is my update... Paco's is one of our favorite places. We eat here at least 4-5 times a month... just about weekly. We all have our go-to menu items. My husband loves Pepe's burrito - it's huge, is covered in cheese and topped with pineapple slices and crisp bacon. Child #1 loves Arroz Con Pollo - rice, chicken and cheese sauce. Child # likes nachos with steak and a side of refined beans. I have two favs - the Carnitas Rice Bowl or Shrimp Quesadilla with a side of cheesy rice. Generally, the food is really good! As for the service... it's the best!! They really do make a point of welcoming you in and then proving quick and friendly service. If you need anything, just ask and they will take care of it. Do mistakes happen, of course. But they will fix it or make it right as much as they can.So the new thing I tried tonight was the Chipotle Avocado Burger with fries. The huge smash burger was delicious... a little spicy. It was oh so good. And the fries were perfect!! Perfect cut, perfect crispy outside and soft inside. Really - they were supreme. Definitely a new favorite.

We where traveling thru on buisness, and gave this little place a shot Excellent food and serviceHighly recommended !

Beat the crowd for the opening. Very clean and respectful service. Good food sure to become a regular. My suggestion. Hoosier Momma Burrito
