Walking in was like being welcomed to the family kitchen table. The staff was so nice and attentive but the other patrons were too! We both ordered the open faced meatloaf with home fries and my only complaint was I wish I could have had more of that delicious brown mushroom gravy (I'm sure if I asked for some they would have given it to me but I was too busy eating )Love that they serve breakfast all day because I'm more of a brunch/ breakfast for dinner kind of person.

I've been here plenty times and never wrote a review. I've never had anything bad here and it's a small diner. The waitresses have been here for a long time so most remember you. The chili is good, they have a good breakfast, burgers are decent and the sandwiches are good so there are many choices. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and it's a small restaurant so you may or may not wait for a seat. Overall they are my go to place if I don't want to go far or in the mood for a home cooked meal.

We love their weekly specials, especially the pancakes. The service is always friendly. Atmosphere is welcoming. Food tastes great. Their baked goods are also amazing and unique. It's our favorite brunch spot on the west side.

This is the epitome of a "family diner." The food is delicious, the space is cozy, and the servers treat you like they've known you for years.We were invited in for a Saturday brunch with some of our friends who are regulars here (they stop in a couple times a week). This little mom-and-pop was packed when we arrived - and we're told that's almost always the case, because the food is so incredible. Even though it was almost noon, we opted to enjoy some of their famous breakfast. I ordered the "Kitchen Sink" with extra veggies on top. This is the perfect hangover cure - biscuits, potatoes, eggs, and cheese, drowning in a delicious homestyle gravy. My fiancé ordered their eggs benedict special, and absolutely devoured every bite. We also split a side of their goetta, which was thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The prices were also spot on - just what you'd expect from a hometown diner. Even though this P&S is a good deal out of the way for us - I know we'll be back again soon to sample more of this classic comfort food.

Such a hidden gem! I've only had breakfast here, but I've never had anything I didn't like! I was surprised by the freshness of the fruit cup and yogurt parfait; not something I usually expect from a diner. I also love that they make their toast with butter on the griddle. The staff are kind too! Saturday mornings can get pretty busy, but it's worth the wait!
