Olla Taqueria Gutierrez

Visited Olla on a chill date night. It was everything we wanted and more! When we arrived the line was out the door and spilling into the street. Told me everything I needed to know! It was a beautiful day so we didn't mind waiting, and boy was it worth it! When we got inside it was cute and bright and they were playing hip hop music! A vibe! The mural in the wall is beautiful! You order your food at the front and they give you a number and bring it out to you. Even though the line was super long, our food was out within 5-10 minutes. They give you your drink as soon as you order which was nice! They have limited indoor seating and a nice sized patio.They had ample signs with the menus posted. It was a great selection. We also went on taco Tuesday and the chicken, steak, and chorizo tacos are 3/$7. All you need is the 3 because they are a good size. I opted for the Guti nachos with chicken. They were so good and flavorful, they are on to something with that mayo sauce! The chicken was tender, seasoned well and finely diced. The fresh salsa was the perfect addition, but not mandatory to taste so good! We also had a like margarita, they had at least 10 different flavors and they were only $5! I had lime with a tajin rim. Can't wait to go back!

Bottom line...EXCELLENT Mexican food. We went there with some friends from North Cincinnati and they said that they'd come down to eat here again.The gal at the counter was EXTREMELY nice in getting a table together for the 6 of us. There was already a party of 6 so we were able to move things around to sit. The quesadillas were phenomenal. All the others truly enjoyed their food and had so much leftover to take home.Reason for only 4 stars is that the inside is extremely small. In fact after we came in there was no more room inside. 12 people, that's it. Plenty of outside space but with it being a bit rainy and cool, the patio wasn't an option.BUT, the food makes it worth it.

This place was actually really good! Food here was stellar! Really fresh and you could tell they did not compromise. You're getting really good flavors here. You order at the counter and then you have to find somewhere to sit. It can be a bit tight on weekday evenings so be prepared to sit outside in their covered tent if needed. Even so that was a bit chilly in there. It was all a bit expensive as well but still we thoroughly enjoyed all the food! Great quality.

I've been here twice, I really want to love it! It's a very busy bustling spot, and the people that work there are very kind and the food comes out quickly even though it's usually packed- it can take awhile to get to the counter to order. Although the ramen was not my personal favorite, the chorizo taco was really good, and I liked the creamy orange spicy sauce on the nachos! They made a specialty Paloma for me which was DELISH!

This place is amazing! It's tiny inside and you order at the counter. Not much seating, so you may need to take it to go. There is seating outside and I'd imagine bigger crowds when it is warmer. The food and service is 10/10! Authentic eats and friendly staff. We loved the margarita, birria taco, birria ramen, and birria nachos! We also really liked the chicken taco, elote, and guacamole. Food is fresh and flavorful. Good pricing. Come check out this gem!

Nestled at a bustling crossroads, this spot brings the vibrant flavors of Mexico to life. With limited seating and a fast-food-style ordering system, it's perfect for a quick takeout experience. Luckily, we snagged one of the three small tables and enjoyed our meal on-site. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous--ideal for sharing or taking home leftovers. Whether dining in or grabbing food to-go, this place delivers an authentic and satisfying experience.

I have been SLEEPING on Olla Taqueria Guiterrez and am disappointed in myself for not going sooner! My siblings and I stopped in for a taco Tuesday and each got a taco and split an order of the chips and dip. You get THREE housemade dips and 2 containers of each. It's a great deal and the dips are FIRE. The spicy mayo was my favorite, followed closely by the green salsa. The red salsa was spicy, but great mixed with sour cream. The seasoning they add to their chips makes them far above average. My chicken taco was great-- everything you could want from a taco. The server was SOOO nice and handled the long line like a boss. The ambiance is super vibrant and fun and they have seating on the sidewalk and an adorable patio. I can't wait to go back for brunch!

Waiting in line Olla, I asked the 6-8 people standing in line behind me if they'd like me to pass them a menu, they quickly replied that they already knew what they were going to get and that they come here all the time. Olla is a taco joint with a welcoming vibe and great food that has earned a large amount of loyal customers. We love starting with the Guti Nachos or fries and I'm a big fan of the Asada tacos, but you can't really go wrong. Order a pitcher of margs and stay for while on their back patio. Before you know it you're going to be one of those regulars who know exactly what they want to order.

I was in the area and was looking up Mexican food choices and came across this spot so decided to head over and upon arrival there were several people sitting down eating and was able to go to the counter and place my order immediately, The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in explaining all my options I ended up getting the Cali Burrito with Carne Asada and some chips and salsa. The chips were a good amount and the gave me 6 separate salsas with 3 different types and the Burrito was really big and filling. Overall I'd definitely stop back by here and try something different. As for the service after placing order I grabbed my drink and sat down and my food was already on the way .

Meh. Perhaps I'm a tough critic when it comes to tacos because I simply have not been impressed with too many in Cincinnati, especially the birria. Everything lacked flavor and relied on the accompanying salsa. My lunch partner didn't like the quality of the ramen in their bowl. Maybe we didn't order the right things???
