There seems to be a lot to offer at the Ohio County Park.I play disc golf and I love the course with most of it in the woods. There is camping as there are lots of RVs usually plugged in.There is a playground near the camp site.A bike trail goes throughout the park. There is also ball fields, a golf course, and a tower. There restroom facilities too.

Need update bathrooms! The fair could be better, like it use to be! Have more handicap items for people!

This is a beautiful Ohio County park. You must put it on your list to go see when you visit County. It is a very beautiful place and is heavily patrolled and you are safe going there. A great place to visit and eat a picnic.

I stopped by here one Saturday morning to watch my nephew play soccer. The park is a little hard to find if you're using a GPS as the address listed on the website & on Google show its about a half mile to the east of that 2300 Kentucky 69 address. The park is rather large. I guess it's also the expo center for Ohio county because it looked like they were packing up stuff from a fair or carnival or something. We parked down in a lower, gravel lot that had the area for the little ones to play soccer. They also have a few baseball fields, an equestrian ring, an amphitheater & some camping spots for people to pull in an RV or fifth wheel. I guess there are some bathrooms up the hill, but down at the soccer part there was just a Porta potty. There's a lot of wide open space (as much of Ohio county is) & the views are great. We were there on a cool, September Saturday morning so it wasn't an issue, but right next to the park is a large chicken farm, I wonder if that smells downwind in the hot, summer air.

There are a lot of buildings and areas where a variety of activities must occur but the signage is almost non-existent. There is a 3 mile paved hiking / biking trail which is mostly in the open. It would be a great hike/bike ride on a cool day or if cloudy. There is an offshoot trail that ends in a loop but no sign indicating it. There are some kind boxes on poles by the ponds but no sign stating what they are for. There is a disc golf course and all of it appears to be in the woods. There appear to be shooting ranges but again no signs so only the locals must know about them. It is a huge park with a lot of potential for a lot of activities. There is also a campground which mostly in good shape but there are some areas which appear to be run down and some sites appeared to have permanent campers. If there is a shower building it was not obvious- no signs.
